We think that we are walking slowly, but in fact we are rushing at the speed of light, losing sight of everything that surrounds us along the way.

Do you remember what the weather was like in the morning when you were in a hurry to get to work? What was the person wearing the metro or bus in front of you? How did breakfast taste like when you ate it on the go? Unlikely. Most likely, you will not even remember what you thought about when you got to the office. To begin with, you will have to artificially create a situation in which you can get distracted from extraneous thoughts and enjoy life here and now. A great option is a relaxing bath. With sea salt, lavender oil (it soothes) or lush lather, make your choice.

The main thing is that while in warm water, do not think about contracts, estimates, estimates in the child's diary and a quarrel with a colleague. Try to feel the beauty of the moment. Mentally “agree” with yourself: “I have nowhere to rush, I will have time for everything. This bath is vital - it will give me strength for the week ahead. Close your eyes and calm down.

People who are always in a hurry to somewhere, constantly repeat: "I have so many things to do that I do not know what to grab onto." It is not surprising that they manage to do much less than the rest. Make a promise to yourself that from now on you will cease to be the Eight-Armed Shiva and begin to proceed with all matters in turn. Tackled dishwashing - do not grab onto kitchen furniture. Enjoy the thought that now you have one specific task, and you will only start the next when you are done with the first. This approach is great for relaxing.

You are not a Superwoman

Modern women have decided that they cannot do without feats. They should be beautiful wives, executive workers, good mothers, diligent housewives, etc. But is it possible to successfully play all these roles when there are only 24 hours in a day? “Difficult, but possible,” the representative of the fair sex thinks and begins to act: either she stops the galloping horse, then she enters the burning hut. As a result, the woman herself becomes like a driven horse: tired, exhausted, but still trying to run somewhere. Stop it! You are not a superhero! Do not demand the impossible from yourself, revise your daily planner and leave in your plans for tomorrow only those things that really cannot be delayed.

Distribute your roles competently: you do not need to be an executive worker and a diligent hostess on the same day, cleaning can be postponed to the weekend.

Understand the reasons

Often we are in a hurry when there is absolutely no reason for haste. Someone has become a habit (life in a metropolis, where everyone is running somewhere, affects), others make huge plans for the day, and then get nervous: “Suddenly I won't have time!”, And still others deliberately create situations when “they are burning »All terms, because they cannot do anything at a different - more calm and measured pace.
