- 180 g sugar;
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar;
- 100 g butter;
- 1-2 tbsp. l. icing sugar;
- 500 ml cream (33%);
- 70 g coconut flakes;
- 70 g cream fixer.
Preparation:
Pour regular and flavored sugar into a saucepan, pour in 700 ml of milk, stir, put on fire and bring to a boil
Pour flour with starch into a bowl, pour in the remaining milk, stir
- Pour the resulting mixture into boiled milk and, with constant stirring, bring the cream to thickening.
- Cover the cream with foil and let it cool down.
- Beat the soft butter and add the custard in parts, then cover it again with a film and completely cool the cream.
- Whisk the chilled cream with powdered sugar and fixative until persistent peaks.
Then pour half of the coconut into the whipped cream and mix

Preparation:
Pour half a glass of sugar into a saucepan, fill it with water and dissolve over the fire, and then cook the syrup for 3-4 minutes
- Pour cognac into the ready-made syrup, but this is optional, mix and immediately remove from heat.
- Lightly fry the almond petals in a dry frying pan.
Put the sour cream in the mixer bowl and beat it for 1 minute, then add sugar in portions and pour the thickener into the finished cream, mix. If there is no thickener, then put the sour cream on cheesecloth, leave it in the refrigerator overnight. During this time, all excess liquid will drain from it
- For the second cream, beat in soft butter.
