Ham and bell pepper omelet

Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sweet peppers (different colors)
- 100 g ham, diced
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt pepper
Cooking method:
Cut the peppers into strips and fry over medium heat for 10 minutes until soft. In the middle of cooking (after 5 minutes) add the ham cubes.
Beat eggs, add salt, pepper to taste, chopped garlic.
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture and cook over medium heat.
When the eggs set, lay out the pepper and ham filling, evenly distributing it. Cook for a few more minutes.
Omelet muffins

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 50 g ham
- 50 g bell pepper
- 50 g tomatoes
- 50 g cheese
- 10 g parsley
- 10 g dill
- Salt, pepper to taste
Cooking method:
Cut ham, bell pepper, tomatoes into small cubes.

- 50 ml cream
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tomato
- 1 bell pepper

Cooking method:
Cut the potatoes into very small cubes. Fry in a pan.
Add tomatoes, peppers (all also cut into cubes) and fry well. Then add the herbs and, reducing the heat, simmer for a couple of minutes to keep the herbs fresh.
Beat eggs with cream and add to vegetables.
Sweet apple omelet
Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 2-3 eggs
- A third of a glass of milk
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp Sahara
- 1 tbsp butter
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
Cooking method:
Wash the apples, peel and core, cut into slices.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly fry the apples, sprinkling with sugar and vanilla.
At this time, beat the eggs in a shaker. Pour in milk. Add some flour.
Shake a shaker and pour the egg mixture over the apples. You can pour a little mass into another pan, then put the apples and pour over the egg mixture again.
Keep on fire, covered, until tender.
Vegetable omelet

- 6 eggs
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- Several green basil leaves

Preparation:

French omelet

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 50 g butter

Preparation:
Beat eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat lightly with a fork.
Throw butter into a frying pan, melt it over low heat. Tilt the pan in all directions to grease the entire surface.
Pour almost all of the melted butter into the egg mixture in a thin stream.
Put the pan back. Heat a little over medium heat and pour the beaten eggs into it. Reduce heat.
Shake the pan from side to side from time to time. After about five minutes, the top layer will thicken so much that when the pan is tilted 30 degrees, it will stop sliding down, and the whole egg pancake will begin to slide. But if you touch the surface of the omelet with a spoon, you can feel that it is still liquid. This is the consistency you want.
Turn off the heat immediately and roll the omelet into a tube. Drop on a plate. If the omelet is left in a hot frying pan, then the same consistency will "run away".
Sprinkle with herbs.
Steam omelet
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 3 medium mushrooms
- 1 medium carrot
- 50 g green peas
- 50 g golden bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn flour
Preparation:
Cut the mushrooms and carrots into small pieces. Place in a sieve, place in a saucepan of boiling water, cover and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes.
Add green peas and cook for another 3 minutes.
Transfer vegetables to an ovenproof dish or portion molds. Add sprouts, mix.
Beat eggs with 100 ml water, soy sauce and cornmeal. Pour into a mold with vegetables.
Cover tightly with foil, make 2 small holes in it with a knife and place on the wire rack.
Fill a baking sheet with high sides to 2/3 of its height with boiling water and place in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. As soon as the water starts to sizzle, place a grate with a filled dish on it and cook until the liquid grasps, 20-30 minutes.
