But everyone chooses the pace for himself. For example, I start with a calm step, then accelerate, and then go back to the step. Hiking is also very effective - moving in mountainous terrain, walking at a fast pace uphill. The sneakers won't last long, but the result is fantastic - all muscles are tightened. Of course, Anna is not limited to cardio workouts. She also shakes the press, does stretching. “The most important thing here is the regularity of training. Recently, Sedokova also began attending a ballet class. “It was certainly scary,” the star wrote on Instagram. - I have never studied the classics, and although everything is fine with stretching, I had to start from scratch.
