In many countries, the problem of office obesity has reached such proportions that companies have begun a real fight for a healthy lifestyle. Employees are provided with subscriptions to fitness clubs, hot meals are organized, instead of sweets and coffee, employees are offered fruits and nutritious nuts. This will help to disperse the blood and stretch the calf muscle. Sitting on a chair, straighten your back, take a deep breath and draw in your stomach, fix this position for a couple of seconds and completely relax, repeat 6-8 times; knead the muscles of the neck, bending it in one direction or the other.

After lunch, try to set aside time for a short walk. The fact is that after a meal, an active process of digestion begins, which is why we feel sleepy and do not want to think about work at all. If you have an hour for lunch, then in 30 minutes you can have time to eat, and devote the rest of the time to a leisurely walk. This will not only help you gain lightness throughout the body and improve digestion, but it will also cheer you up. Surprisingly, even a little rest will improve your performance.
