It's hard to believe, but it seems that summer will still defend its legal rights! And we'll take off our annoying coats, take out our sunglasses and switch to cold drinks.

The perfect combination for the city - something refreshing, natural and invigorating. All this is about the popular trend in the art of coffee - cold brew coffee (or Cold Brew).

It is good both on its own and in various cocktails. It is not difficult to prepare it at home, you just need to get high-quality natural ground coffee and follow the recipes of Daria Soboleva, barista trainer at Paulig.

First, let's prepare the base of our cocktails. To do this, you only need:

  • 7-8 tbsp natural coarse coffee
  • 1 liter of drinking water at room temperature

Pour coffee into a wide bowl, fill with water and stir. Close the lid tightly and store in the refrigerator. Insist coffee for 8-24 hours. Stir and strain through a paper filter. Cold Brew is ready!

The finished drink can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container for up to two weeks. But with us it will not stand so much, because we use it for bright summer cocktails.
