• We make eyes and mouth from small pompons. If there are no ready-made ones, they can be easily made from black threads by winding small balls.

• Carefully cut out two circles of the same diameter from felt and glue them together, this will be a hat.
• We take chocolates of a certain shape, attach one to the other, as shown in the photo.

• Let's modernize the future snowman by putting on headphones. We will make them ourselves too. Cut out a thin strip from the felt material, from each edge, fix one candy.
• We glue it to the head. We attach a hat on top.
• Cover the bottom of the jar with cotton wool, put sweets on it.
• We wrap the snowman's neck with tinsel or rain.

You can, of course, give candies in a box or a beautiful bag, but this is somehow trite. And in this design it is even very original.

SIMPLE AND EASY MASTER CLASSES

In every house there are unnecessary boxes, you should not rush to throw them away. A little effort and imagination, and they will make a beautiful snowman.

WE WILL NEED:

• boxes of different sizes (preferably white) - 3 pcs.;
• acrylic paints and base;
• sequins;
• pattern template;
• felt;
• buttons;
• filler;
• scrapbooking paper;
• Toothbrush;
• threads with a needle;
• glue;
• ruler;
• pencil;
• hat and scarf.

ALGORITHM OF ACTIONS:

We decorate the boxes by covering them with an acrylic base.

1. We dilute the paint with water, dip the brush, make splashes.
2. We find a beautiful pattern on the Internet, print it, transfer it to the largest box.
3. On the other, medium-sized, we glue two large buttons.
4. Let's start making a nose: draw its outline on paper, cut it out. Fold a piece of red felt in half, transfer the template to it, cut it out.
5. Sew the blank, leaving a hole for the filler to make it three-dimensional.
6. We glue the nose to the smallest box.
7. Draw eyes, mouth and cheeks with a pencil. Decorate with sparkles.
8. Now we will be engaged in ennobling the inside of the boxes, pasting them with scrapbooking paper.
9. We are waiting for complete drying. We collect boxes, put one on top of the other.
10. We put on a hat and a scarf.

A large do-it-yourself snowman is ready. It can be placed in the corridor at the entrance or in the room.

There are many interesting, and most importantly, simple options. Here's another one.

SNOWMAN FROM A BOTTLE

WE WILL NEED:

• a bottle with a long neck (for example, from wine);
• acrylic paint in two colors: white and red;
• acrylic primer;
• polymer clay orange and black;
• a piece of black felt;
• cotton pad;
• alcohol;
• gloves;
• a small piece of fabric with a New Year theme;
• red satin ribbon;
• paper snowflake;
• sponge;
• glue "Moment";
• scissors.

ALGORITHM OF ACTIONS:

1. Degrease the surface of the glass container.
2. Cover with primer, leave to dry completely.
3. We find a hat template, print it, transfer it to felt material, carefully cut it out, glue it.
4. Apply acrylic paint with a sponge using pressing movements on the bottle. We leave the workpiece until it is completely dry.
5. Roll up balls for eyes and buttons from black polymer.
6. We sculpt carrots using orange color.
7. We put a hat on the neck of the wine container, then glue the eyes, carrot nose, mouth and buttons.
8. We make a scarf out of fabric, beautifully tying it around the neck.
9. Decorate the hat with a paper cut snowflake.
10. In the middle, we wrap the glass with a satin ribbon bow.
11. It remains to add the final touch, decorate the hat with a bump, fixing it with glue.

3D PAPER SNOWMAN

Put your business aside by dedicating the evening to your child. Make a volumetric paper snowman with him with your own hands for the New Year. The process takes very little time, but it turns out very beautifully.

WE WILL NEED:

• sample;
• white paper;
• a printer;
• scissors.

ALGORITHM OF ACTIONS:

1. Choose the template you like, cut it out on paper.
2. We add the details according to the instructions.
3. The snowman is ready. We decorate as desired and find a suitable place for him, so that he pleases us, giving us a good mood.

TERRY SNOWMANS

You can use unnecessary towels to make toys, but this, of course, is not all.

WE WILL NEED:

• terry cloth and any other, fleece;
• holofiber (synthetic winterizer or cotton wool is suitable instead) as a filler;
• paper;
• blush;
• beads;
• sewing pins;
• needle and thread;
• curly scissors;
• glue gun;
• sewing machine;
• ruler;
• tweezers.

ALGORITHM OF ACTIONS:

1. First of all, we form three balls of different sizes, large, medium and small. To do this, fold the terry cloth in half. We apply paper patterns in the form of paper wedges at a short distance from each other. There should be 3 of them. The size of the wedges: the smallest 7.5 cm, the average 8.5 cm, the largest 10.5 cm. The height of the toy is 25 cm.
2. We sew each detail on one side.
3. Cut the blanks with scissors. We got 9 double elements (3 pieces of each size).
4. Using pins, we fasten three parts to each other, sew on a typewriter. A very important point: about 3 cm. We do not reach the end. So we will be able to turn the workpiece out onto the face and lay the filler.
5. We sew all three balls to each other from larger to smaller.
6. Let's start making a spout in the form of a carrot: take any orange fabric, fold it in half. With a pencil, outline the cutting line. Cut out the triangle and sew it. You can sew a seam on a typewriter or by hand.
7. We turn out the nose, fill it with filler.
8. We fasten the carrot to the head with threads.
9. Gently sew on beads - eyes.
10. We draw the hands and feet of the future snowman on paper. Cut it out, apply it to the double-rolled terry cloth, circle it with chalk and cut it out.
11. We sew all the details, leaving a distance. We turn it out, fill it with padding polyester or cotton wool, sew up the hole.
12. We sew ready-made arms and legs to the body.
13. The final touch remains - to dress up a toy snowman. From fleece of red we sew a hat and a scarf. We take the material size 21x15 cm. We fold a rectangle out of it. Sew the side edge. Cut off the bottom edge using curly scissors. With the same scissors we cut the fringe in the upper part.
14. The hat is almost ready. We put it on the head of the snowman, bend the lower part. Cut off a small strip of fleece, tie the fringe. Thus, we have got a beautiful pompom.
15. We glue or sew on the bottom edge of the cap.
16. We proceed to the scarf: take a small strip of fleece 25x6 cm in size, fold it in half, cut the fringe. We tie a scarf around the neck of the toy.
17. We sew mittens: we make patterns, apply to the material folded in half. We cut out the blanks. There should be 4 of them, two for each mitten. Sew, turn out, put on handles. We fold the edges, glue or sew. And now, so that everything is truly festive. Let's make a Christmas tree.
18. Cut out a triangle and a circle from paper.
19. We take a green terry cloth (an unnecessary towel will do). We apply a pattern, circle it, cut it out.
20. Fold the triangle in half (make sure the edges are even) and sew. As always, leaving a small hole for the filler to add volume to the tree.
21. We pin a circle (the bottom of the tree) to the triangle with a pin, sew it with neat stitches.
22. We turn out the workpiece, stuff it with cotton wool, sew up the remaining hole.
23. We put the Christmas tree in the snowman's hands, in such a way as if he grabs it, and sew it on.
24. We decorate the New Year tree using cut out and glued circles of multi-colored fabric or beads.
25. We give the snowman's cheeks a slight blush using decorative cosmetics: powder, shadows of a suitable color or blush. Apply lightly to the brush and blend.

Sewing on a loop, you can decorate a Christmas tree with such a toy, put it on a desk, hang it on a window or present it to friends.

ORIGINAL SNOWMANS

It turns out that you can make a cool snowman out of an old burned out light bulb. So, don't rush to dispose of them. Use as a blank.

WE WILL NEED:

• bulb;
• paper;
• the cloth;
• PVA glue;
• paints;
• acrylic primer;
• brush;
• buttons;
• decor (ribbons, spruce twigs, beads).

ALGORITHM OF ACTIONS:

1. We glue the light bulb with chewed paper. We are waiting for complete drying.
2. With gentle movements using a sponge, cover the workpiece with white paint.
3. We make a stand. Cut out a small circle from the felt, glue it in the lamp.
4. We paint the base with acrylic paint in red, and the top with white. This will be a pompon on a hat.
5. Cover the red part of the cap with white cannons.
6. Using paints or a felt-tip pen, draw eyes, a nose and a smile for a snowman.
7. Cut a strip out of the fabric, knit it as a scarf.
8. We make handles from chenille sticks, fix them with glue.
9. We make a scarf from scraps of fabric.
10. It remains to attach a beautiful eyelet. We make it out of tape and glue it to the cap.

SNOWMAN OF THREAD

You can do a lot of interesting things with your own hands, including a snowman from threads and glue. For the New Year, this craft is especially relevant.

WE WILL NEED:

• thick threads of any color (for knitting or sewing);
• some fabric;
• regular balloons;
• skewer or toothpick;
• PVA glue;
• beads.

ALGORITHM OF ACTIONS:

1. We inflate two small balloons.
2. We pierce the tube of glue with a needle with a thread threaded into it. Thus, it will come out of the tube soaked in PVA glue.
3. We completely wrap the blanks of the future snowman with it.
4. We leave it for a couple of hours, wait until it dries.
5. We pierce the balls in different places, carefully pull them out through the free holes.
6. We connect the balls together, fastening with glue.
7. We glue the bead eyes, nose and mouth.
8. As a decor, we tie a scarf to the snowman and put a hat made of material or paper on his head.

In such a simple way, we made a funny snowman. It can be used as a Christmas tree decoration or simply placed on a shelf. Looking at him immediately lifts the mood. By the way, the larger the ball, the larger the toy.

BIG SNOWMAN WITH OWN HANDS FOR NEW YEAR 2019

It is best to start making this winter attribute with your child. He will definitely not be able to cope alone.

WE WILL NEED:

• plastic bottles in large quantities;
• wire (for the frame);
• cross (for the stability of the craft);
• paints of different colors;
• decor elements (any, at discretion).

ALGORITHM OF ACTIONS:

1. We make a frame from wire. It should be spherical. Or we take ready-made balls of wire (2-3 optional).
2. We shape the body and head of the snowman by inserting plastic bottles into the grooves, previously covered with white paint, so that the bottom is outward.
3. We put a ready-made frame on a stick with a cross. The principle is similar to the installation of a live tree.
4. We tie a scarf to the snowman, put on a hat. You can replace it with a bucket.
5. Paint eyes and a smile. We make a spout out of paper, glue it.
6. It turned out to be a large figure, it will perfectly fit into the courtyard area.

SNOWMAN FROM PLASTIC CUPS

Everyone chooses the size of the figure himself, but this option looks best in large form.

WE WILL NEED:

• plastic cups;
• stapler;
• decor.

ALGORITHM OF ACTIONS:

1. We take cups (25 pieces). We lay them out in a circle (it is better to do this on the floor), fasten them with a stapler in several places.
2. We put the second row on top, while shifting it a little.
3. To get a spherical shape, each row (there are 7 in total), we move inward.
4. To shape the head, take 18 cups and do the same, but close it completely.
5. Cut out the eyes, nose and mouth from paper, paint with a black marker, glue.
6. We fasten both balls from plastic cups with a stapler.
7. A large do-it-yourself snowman is ready. We decorate the snowman, using imagination. It will turn out even more interesting if you insert the LED strip inside by connecting it to an outlet.

SNOWMAN FROM CAR TIRES

Old tires are a great material to use to your advantage. We will collect a snowman from them and decorate the yard near the house with it.

WE WILL NEED:

• tires - 5-6 pieces of the same or different sizes;
• white and black paint;
• a plastic bottle (we will make a nose out of it);
• decor (branches, cardboard, unnecessary hat, scarf).

ALGORITHM OF ACTIONS:

1. We paint the tires in advance with any available paint, wait until they are completely dry.
2. We put tires on top of each other. Insert the disc into one of the tires. We draw eyes and a mouth on it with black paint. This will be the head. We put it on the very top.
3. We make a nose from a plastic bottle, cut it out, paint it, glue it.
4. We draw buttons for the snowman. We tie a scarf around the neck and put a hat on our head.
5. We make hands from ordinary branches. Optionally, you can "present" mittens to the snow creature.

In order for the snowman to stand for a long time, it is better to fasten the tires together. The easiest way is to put them on a pole. Then the construction is not a hindrance.
