COFFEE GLASS
Ingredients:
* espresso from Melitta® Bella Crema® Espresso 35 ml;
* ice cream 1 scoop;
* chocolate topping for decoration.
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Cooking technology for 1 portion:
Prepare an espresso. Add boiling water. Form an ice cream ball.
Pour coffee into a glass or cup. Place ice cream on top. Decorate with chocolate topping.
IRISH COFFEE
It is made from natural roasted ground coffee Melitta Café’Excellent.
Has a fine, fine grind, which is ideal for cooking in a Turk and a coffee maker. Melitta Café’Excellent coffee has a bright aroma and will surely bring you real pleasure, will give you vigor and energy!
Ingredients:
* Irish whiskey;
* cane sugar 1/2 tsp;
* whipped cream for garnish;
* chocolate chips for decoration.
Cooking technology:
Pour the whiskey into the glass. Add sugar and heat a little.
Prepare an espresso using Melitta Café’Excellent coffee beans.
Add boiling water. Before pouring coffee into the glass, the whiskey can be set on fire.
Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate chips.

Ingredients:
* espresso from coffee Melitta® Bella Crema® Espresso 50 ml;
* banana ½ piece;
* cream 10% 100 ml;
* banana syrup 15 ml;
* cocoa powder 50g
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Cooking technology:
Beat the banana, cream, coffee and syrup in a blender. Pour the liquid into two different glasses.
Pour cocoa into one of them and mix thoroughly. Then, from both glasses, pour the dark and light liquid into a cocktail glass. The main task is to make both components of the cocktail the same in terms of density. If any of the liquids falls on top, you need to add a little banana syrup to it and stir well.
