Long lasting and super long lasting lipstick

This lipstick really holds very well, does not leave marks on clothes, cheeks, hands, glasses, etc. Some lipsticks can stay on the lips for 8-12 (long-wearing) and even 24 hours (super-long) without bleeding or rubbing off. On the one hand, it is very convenient - you do not need to constantly run to the mirror and tint your lips. But, on the other hand, long-lasting lipsticks tighten the lips too tightly.

Long-lasting lipstick is also not very suitable for winter - when used, a dense film forms on the lips, which dries the skin.

Formula: coloring pigments mixed with volatile ethers. A few minutes after application, the esters evaporate - a bright colored film remains on the lips.

Advantages: ease of application, pleasant texture and, most importantly, durability. Thanks to the special shape, namely the thin lead, it is very, very easy to achieve perfectly clear makeup.

Flaw: the feeling of a film on the lips. When it comes to long-lasting lipstick, makeup artists don't recommend using it every day. After all, what does the lipstick that stays on your lips mean? Its coloring pigments are so mixed with those substances that penetrate the skin of the lips that together with them they fall into the upper layers of the skin (lipstick is almost like an ordinary cream: the oily base penetrates the skin, and dyes remain on the surface, and when you eat, they, of course, are "eaten" from the surface,and in persistent lipsticks, this dye, together with the fatty cream base, penetrates inside and remains there). It is due to this that the effect of lipstick persistence is created. This lipstick is not harmful if you have good healthy lips. But if your lips are dry, then it is better not to use persistent lipsticks at all, or at least not every day, but only in certain cases: if you go to a party, to a restaurant, and you need to be sure that the lipstick stays on your lips.

Hygienic lipstick and lip balm

Prevents dry and chapped lips. Especially recommended for lip care in autumn and winter. But it can also be used in summer. Very often, the composition includes ultraviolet filters that protect the delicate skin of the lips from the harmful effects of sunlight. All hygienic lipsticks contain vitamins, nutrients, moisturizers and antiseptic agents.

There are no drawbacks to hygienic lipstick. The choice of hygienic lipstick and lip balms in stores is quite large - they can even slightly tint the lips (but only a little, since the large presence of dyes automatically removes lipstick from the hygienic range).

Balms very often include beneficial extracts from medicinal plants. Fruit flavors make lipstick more pleasant, even for those who, in principle, do not like to put anything on their lips. For those who suffer from cold sores, special lipsticks are produced to prevent herpes. Lubricate your lips not only before going outside, but also at night, and the problem will soon be resolved.
