However, in June 2011, the producer received 15 million rubles from Inteko for the salon, so the document provided by Baturin to Iosilzon was invalid.
At the beginning of the week, Rudkovskaya was summoned to the Gagarinsky Court of Moscow to testify in the case of Viktor Baturin as a witness in the episode of fraudulent theft of 250 thousand euros in 2011 from businessman Stanislav Iosilzon. But the producer did not appear at the court hearing, saying that she confirms the testimony that she gave during the investigation, and at the moment she does not have the opportunity to attend the trial, since she is on leave to care for her newborn son.
Representatives of Baturin considered caring for the baby as a disrespectful reason for not showing up and insist on Rudkovskaya's presence at the trial. And the businessman himself sarcastically remarked: “I never had any claims to her. All claims were made to me. She lives on my money. Probably, the burden of sins - it crushes, you can't get rid of the fact that you did something bad."
However, according to the lawyer of Rudkovskaya Tatyana Akimtseva, having squandered the borrowed 250 thousand euros, Baturin now simply "tried to put all the blame on the shoulders of his ex-wife."
