The mega-star of the national stage, Valery Leontyev, seriously scared his fans over the weekend. Unexpectedly, the cancellation of the artist's performances in several Russian cities was announced. Then there were reports of emergency hospitalization and Leontyev's serious condition. But fortunately, nothing happened.

On March 28, Valery Leontyev was supposed to perform in Ulyanovsk, on March 29 - in Dimitrovgrad. However, the concerts were canceled. “Valery felt bad. He is in intensive care, - said a source close to the organizers of the artist's performance.

After the appearance of such information, the journalists, of course, were alarmed. But everything turned out to be not so scary. As it turned out, Valery Yakovlevich really fell ill - he was diagnosed with the flu. But now he is on the mend.

“I already feel like Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, whose health reports after the assassination attempt were published in the newspapers,” Leontyev joked in an interview with Moskovsky Komsomolets journalists. “I hope that the end of my treatment will be different. My friends and acquaintances cut off my phone yesterday, but I can hardly speak - I just hoarse into the receiver. Some, who did not get through, tormented the phones of the Moscow intensive care units. In general, the paparazzi made me the hero of my favorite anecdote: “A man looks out of the window from above, and there a neighbor is buried. And suddenly he gets up in the coffin. Man: “Vasya! You're alive! " Vasya, it’s sad: "They don’t care …"

The artist added that he still feels not in the best way, but this is not a cause for serious concern.

“Unpleasant, but not fatal. Resuscitation, surgery, euthanasia are not needed yet - do not worry. And I can say only one thing to the journalists who are hungry for sensations: forgive me for being alive!"
