Forum member Yuxi (in the world Irina) for the third year in a row has been recognized as one of the most beloved and respected in the Cleo Club. There is a reason: she is easy to communicate, non-conflict, and is always ready to help newcomers on the forums about diet and fitness.

This is the third time we are voting, and for the third time you are among the most beloved people of the forum. You could give lessons in communication on the Net, probably. What skills would you instill in newbies first?

For newcomers, I would like to imagine that they are serving in the army.)))))))))))))) And that soon there will be demobilization, the belt is weaker, and completely new beginners will come.

What is changing on forums over time, in your opinion? Is there something you miss? Something new that you like?

The format of communication is changing, the forum is gradually becoming a get-together of old participants who have grown big teeth and frighten inexperienced newcomers with them. And so I would like fresh blood, interesting and morally persistent interlocutors.)))))))))

You follow what is happening on the "Diet" forum. Have the newcomers coming here become more literate? Do they know better about the rules of a healthy lifestyle than ten years ago?

Nothing has changed in 10 years and nothing will change in another ten. The same scheme. A newcomer comes, reads, delves into, then announces: "Can I lose weight with you now?"

A beginner goes on a diet, sticks to it for a while (usually they lose weight like that for the holidays, the new year, for new jeans), then breaks down and disappears.

And then, in most cases, it happens like this:

1. A beginner goes on a diet (read here, found somewhere or invented it himself (the most interesting and observational case)), adheres to it for a while (usually they lose weight like that for a vacation, new year, new jeans that cannot be fit), then it breaks down and disappears.

2. But he is stubborn and appears again, sits on the "tough" (you can then create a dictionary of terms from the forum "Cleo"))))), tk. he is ashamed, and there are no results from the previous stage.

Here we see a fascinating process: how a person opens up mentally and physically. (“Cucumbers and tea for lunch”, or “I had breakfast with half of yogurt and coffee” - as soon as you read this, you should know that this is the second stage of cognition of the “Diet” sub-forum).

3. And then there are several options.

  • Circular movement within the first and second stages (I will not write about the usefulness of this, but the health of some is a pity);
  • rethinking the need for the topic of losing weight and maintaining - and the person disappears;
  • the transition to a healthy balanced diet without diets, with the gradual inclusion of sports.

On the forum, many receive useful advice (from you as well), encouragement, and sometimes real help. Can you remember a case when forum users really helped you?

Huge informational benefit.

Whatever nonsense you ask, they will answer in detail with examples and pictures, in the process they will argue whose picture is better, they will quarrel, and each will remain with his own. That is, if you have a lot of free time and bad questions, be sure to come and chat.

But these are all jokes.

And can I express my gratitude to all the girls who have been helping me for years?

  • put the brain in the right place;
  • tell, and most importantly, show how to squat correctly in smith;
  • how not to spoil food and cook edible things out of them;
  • bring me a skein of knitting thread from Moscow when they run out in St. Petersburg;
  • what books, films, skirts, lips not (read / watch / wear / puff up);

for all this and for a million other things - thank you very much!

What story (or a couple of stories) of those discussed on the forum would you name the most memorable of the year?

I remember a couple of stories, but to retell them here is to gossip and again aggravate situations. Sorry.)

The fact that I am a teacher-psychologist - only the edition of "Cleo" reminds me for the umpteenth time. I didn’t think about the benefits of such education and its application in life.

You are an educational psychologist by education. Does this knowledge help you when you communicate on forums?

The fact that I am a teacher-psychologist - only the edition of "Cleo" reminds me for the umpteenth time. I didn’t think about the benefits of such education and its application in life. You can write that "a shoemaker without boots")

How was your nickname coined?

Nick Uksi was coined from the Finnish word Uksi, which means "one".

(Not "the first", I emphasize, but "one"). Nick has no semantic meaning.

How do your loved ones feel about your passion for Cleo forums?

Relatives are very happy that I am in "business" - keep quiet and sometimes smile stupidly at the monitor.

Any religion or philosophy close to you?

I adhere to the boomerang principle - do to others as you would like them to do to you.

What are you dreaming about?

I dream of always dreaming about something)))))))))))
