Video: 11 steps to keep your kitchen clean

We spend the most time in the kitchen, and it gets dirty more than other rooms. And, at times, putting things in order becomes a disaster. It is not clear what to grab onto, and whether there will be an end to this cleaning at all. So that the amount of work does not seem overwhelming and endless, it is better to divide it into several stages.
1. Preparation
First, remove all unnecessary items that are on the table, but should lie in cabinets or on shelves. If the permanent place of a meat grinder, blender or mixer is in a cabinet, hide them. Place dirty parts to unwashed dishes.
Send dirty tablecloths, potholders, aprons and towels to the wash. Move chairs and other small furniture out of the kitchen. In order not to waste time, immediately prepare everything you need in the process: detergents, rags, foam sponges.
2. Dishes
If you have a dishwasher, put dirty dishes in it. If there is no machine, but there are a lot of dishes or they are very greasy, soak them for twenty minutes in a sink with detergent. Wash the dishes, put them to dry, or wipe them down and put them in the cupboard.
3. Ceiling and fixtures
Start cleaning from the top. Use a dry cloth to sweep dust off the ceiling and lamp. If there is a lot of dirt and dust, wash it off thoroughly with a damp cloth. It's great if the lampshades can be removed and rinsed under running water.

4. Cabinets
Wipe the top of the cabinets with a damp cloth, usually a lot of dust accumulates there. Clean the fronts, especially around the handles and near the hob. To keep the doors shiny, wipe them with a dry cloth.
If you decide to wash the cabinets from the inside, take out the contents and wipe the shelves. Use a cleaning agent if necessary.
5. Apron
Thoroughly wash the entire surface of the apron with a special cleaner. Pay particular attention to the area behind the hob.
6. Household appliances
Surely there is a refrigerator in your kitchen, and most likely there is also an extractor hood, microwave oven, electric kettle or other similar equipment. If time permits, wash them thoroughly from the inside using detergent. If not, wipe the outside with a damp sponge, and then dry so that there are no traces left. Remember to throw spoiled food out of the refrigerator.
7. Hob and oven
The stove gets dirty every day. Wash it thoroughly with a special cleaning agent. Handle the glass ceramic hob with particular care. If the grates on the stove are too dirty, soak them in the sink first. To prevent streaks from remaining on the surface, wipe it off with a dry cloth.
If the inside of the oven is dirty, wash it with a grease remover. Clean the outside of the glass door with water and baking soda.
Most of all, the places where you cut food, eat, wash dishes get dirty.
8. Washing
The hostess most often uses the sink in the kitchen. Wash it thoroughly with a sponge and cleaning agent, paying attention to the tap, side walls and drain.
9. Work surface and dining table
Wipe the table top and table surface with a damp cloth. Most of all, the places where you cut food, eat, wash dishes get dirty. Rub stubborn dirt with a hard sponge and a mild detergent.
10. Gender
When everything is cleaned and shiny, it's time to tackle the floor. First sweep or vacuum to remove debris and crumbs, then mop it. Rub especially stubborn stains with a damp sponge or detergent.

When you're done cleaning, remember to take out the trash, replace the chairs, hang up clean towels, and place napkins on the table. A bunch of fresh flowers can be a wonderful decoration for a sparkling kitchen.
How can you make cleaning even easier?
To prevent cleaning from becoming a disaster, it is best to clean up often and little by little. Keeping it clean on a regular basis is much easier than scrubbing off run-down dirt.
If you do not have the opportunity to devote several hours in a row to cleaning, you can do it in several stages, for example, one day wash all cabinets and equipment, and the next day everything else.
