The famous actress Tilda Swinton visited Moscow the day before. The star took part in a new project of the administration of the coffee house chain "Coffeemania". The opening of a new coffee house took place yesterday, in which a series of public-talks with famous British artists is planned. And 52-year-old Tilda became the first guest.

First of all, the actress recalled her Russian roots. “My great-grandmother was from Scotland, but she was born and raised in St. Petersburg, so I have a lot in common with Russia, I generally think that there is something in common between Russians and Scots, and maybe Russians are actually Celts what just nobody knows about!"

Then she talked about her new projects and plans. As it turned out, Swinton is still surprised that she managed to make a career in Hollywood, because she is by no means one of the standard beauties in demand at the "dream factory". However, the star herself is proud of her non-standard appearance. She loves to experiment, try on various roles and images, so she can easily act in blockbusters and arthouse projects.
