The new album Walls by Barbra Streisand will definitely surprise the singer's fans, and its release is scheduled for November 2. This is her first album since 2005, which consists of original compositions. The singer admitted that the disrespectful behavior of US President Donald Trump towards the Queen inspired her to create the disc.

The 76-year-old singer said Trump's lack of "grace and dignity, discretion and empathy" influenced her new job. In an interview with Good Morning Britain, Barbra said that Trump's behavior during his July visit to Britain, when he walked right in front of the Queen during an event at Windsor Palace, inspired her creativity.

“I could not contain my emotions, - said the singer. - Those elections terrified me. This person lacks grace, dignity, discretion and empathy. How did it all happen? Walking in front of the queen was a shock to me. She is 92 years old. Where are his manners? This lack of dignity cannot be enjoyed by the President of the United States.”

Streisand also spoke about the movie A Star Is Born, starring Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga, which will hit the screens on October 3rd. Streisand, who played Esther Hoffman in the original, said she saw part of the film before it was finished.

“Bradley is very open,” she said. "He told me to tell him what I think."

Streisand also thanked Lady Gaga for choosing a golden and silver dress for the premiere of the film, the same one that Barbra herself wore to the Grammy ceremony. “I was criticized because I was just choosing dresses from my closet,” she admitted.
