The famous Russian actor Oleg Menshikov may be left without a roof over his head. Today it became known that some time ago a certain Svetlana Savitskaya had filed a lawsuit against him, claiming that she had the right to a share in the artist's huge apartment in the center of the capital

Oleg Evgenievich acquired a 171-meter apartment in Moscow back in 2005. All this time, he used the living space on a completely legal basis and did not even suspect that there might be other applicants for it. However, today the well-known news portal "Starhit" reported that in one of the capital's courts there is a litigation for expensive square meters. As it turned out, a woman named Svetlana is trying to prove that, by coincidence, she is a co-owner of Oleg Menshikov's property.

So, Savitskaya said that many years ago, after a divorce from her husband, she did not begin to claim half of the apartment, leaving the apartment in his full use. And more recently, the lady learned that her ex-husband died in 1998, and a famous actor now lives in their apartment.

According to representatives of Oleg Evgenievich, the aforementioned woman seriously intends to invalidate the purchase and sale agreement in order to regain 1/2 of the living space. But so far the court is on the side of the artist, because it has been proven that he acquired the apartment in an absolutely legal way, and there were no violations in the execution of the contract. Menshikov himself does not comment on this situation in any way, and lawyers are present at the court sessions instead of him.
