Video: Darina Tsyganova: one step towards fulfilling a dream

It so happened that the project "Beauty for a Million" has been fulfilling the dreams of its participants for six seasons. Whatever these desires are, the organizers of the reality show are looking for all the available opportunities for their implementation: they negotiate with the best plastic surgeons, attract leading clinics to work. Darina Tsyganova, having got into the project, also got a real professional as a “mentor” - one of the best specialists in body plastic surgery.

Friends, glad to be with you again! After the release of my first report, there were many responses, for them - a special thanks!
Indeed, I am pleased that they took me to the project, and it is very important for me to see your support. When plastic surgery is ahead of you, you want to hear approving and benevolent words more often.
So, the project "Beauty for a Million", as you probably already know, carefully approaches the selection of specialists. Only the best doctors and surgeons act as experts here. Having run through the participants of the previous seasons, I was convinced of this once again. Well, I finally calmed down when I found out who would operate on me. This is Bakirkhanov Sarvar Kazimovich. There are many reviews about him on the network, he is considered one of the best specialists in abdominoplasty and intimate plastic surgery. Just what I need.
At the consultation that I was appointed, I made sure that the words of his numerous patients on the Internet do not lie. Indeed, he is quite pleasant in communication, it is clear that the professional planned the tummy tuck operation inside and out. I liked him, we understood each other. When contact is established, this is already a good half of the success.
In my case, the first in turn was an abdominoplasty and a hip lift. These types of plastics are considered the most difficult, and especially in my case. Firstly, the amount of intervention is sufficient, because the skin has to be removed, and everything needs to be calculated exactly so that at the end there is no sagging effect and the seams are located exactly. Secondly, rehabilitation has certain features, for example, the first week is almost complete bed rest, any movement can nullify all the efforts of the surgeon. Finally, since this is my first surgical intervention in my life, I was very worried about the anesthesia. Still, no one can guess how the body of this or that person will behave.

In general, I had a lot of fears and worries - from fears for the result (what if the stitches would disperse, or there would be such a scar that you couldn't hide it under the linen) to the fear of anesthesia (if I didn't wake up at all !?).
In order for everything to go according to plan, an examination and tests are required before the operation. They are standard: blood, urine analysis, ultrasound of the pelvic organs, examination by a therapist, and a gynecologist's conclusion. Any deviations in the analyzes are the reason for canceling the operation. By the way, in the project "Beauty for a Million" it was such that it was necessary to postpone the dates of operations, for example, because of the common cold of the participants. This fate has passed me, the operation took place on the appointed date.
On the day of the operation, the excitement and anxiety did not disappear anywhere. And I think this is normal, after all, the operation is not from the rank and file. A consultation with a surgeon, then with an anesthesiologist is obligatory. Nurses conduct their own training: they help to put on compression stockings, give out a set of underwear for the operating room, tell what will happen after the operation.
Naturally, the very last thing I remember from the day I was being taken to the operating room. And then - the process of getting out of anesthesia in the hospital ward.
The first hours were the most difficult for me. The anesthesia does not want to let go, you feel delirious, constantly sleepy, incoherent speech, thoughts are confused. The only thing that worried me at that moment was how it ended. Hearing the doctor's words that everything went according to plan, I calmed down and fell asleep normally.
The next morning I felt much better. For the time being, it was forbidden for me to get up, as it was necessary to limit movements as much as possible. The most that is available is short dashes in small steps, and in a hunched state. The first dressing also went well. In the process of preparing for the operation, and even in those moments when I could only dream about the operation, I reviewed a bunch of postoperative videos and photos of other girls. When Sarvar Kazimovich showed me the sutures on the dressing, I already then understood that in a short period of time they would turn into thin light scars.

A few days later, after making sure that the stitches were not in danger and that the recovery was going well, they let me go home. But not just like that, but with a whole bunch of appointments, starting with recommendations on how to care for scars and what to abstain from, and ending with a list of drugs that need to be taken against complications.
In fact, this faded into the background for me, because the most important thing was that the operation was successful (!!!), and that I no longer have that saggy skin that I hated so much! Thanks to everyone who had a hand in this miracle!
