This unpleasant phenomenon was dubbed "office hazing", bullying, even "gnobbying." But whatever you call it, the meaning remains the same - it is psychological violence against a specific employee of the firm by his colleagues.

By declaring a boycott, nagging and mocking, misinforming and reporting the "victim" to the higher management, mobbers step by step create uncomfortable and sometimes even unbearable conditions for him. Few people think that the consequences of such actions can be much more dangerous than dismissal: often the victims of mobbing fall into depression, live in a state of chronic stress, suffer from neuroses and psychosomatic diseases.

Do not allow envy in your address, do not humiliate others and do not spread gossip, immediately show that you are benevolent, but you know your worth - such people become victims of mobbers much less often.
