HONOR unveils flagship HONOR 30 series of smartphones

Not so long ago, the HONOR brand presented to the Russian market a series of flagship smartphones HONOR 30, which received a progressive design, bright and clear screens, support for 5G networks, an integrated voice assistant Yandex. Hardware integration of the voice assistant Alice from Yandex significantly increases the convenience of interaction and speeds up access to many services provided by the service.

The new Honor 30 Pro + is a real boon for mobile photography enthusiasts who value image clarity and detail and want high-quality images regardless of the lighting and position of the subject. The main camera of the smartphone consists of three modules. The main one is equipped with an innovative IMX700 sensor with a diagonal of 1/1, 28 inches and a resolution of 50 MP with a pixel size of 1.22 microns. This sensor is 48.8% larger than its predecessor, the IMX600, and features an RYYB filter array that allows more light to pass through, further enhancing camera sensitivity. The 23mm wide-angle lens has an f / 1.9 aperture and laser autofocus.

The powerful camera opens up a wide range of options for mobile video enthusiasts, such as Ultra-HD 4K / 60 fps and slow motion at 1920 fps at 720p or 960 fps at 1080p.

For shooting distant objects, an additional 8 MP module with a 125 mm periscope telephoto lens is responsible, which provides 5x optical and 50x digital zoom. With f / 3.4 aperture, phase detection autofocus and optical image stabilization, you can take sharp photos of objects that cannot be approached without using a tripod. The periscope lens is equipped with a prism that rotates the optical axis 90 °. The optical stabilization system has a double structure and covers both the lens and the prism, which allows you to reliably compensate for the vibrations of the smartphone during shooting. For further image processing, intelligent algorithms are responsible for stabilizing and improving the quality of long-focus shooting, as well as picture-in-picture (PiP) technology, which increases stability when shooting from a long distance by 300%.

The 16MP ultra-wide-angle module is equipped with an 18mm f / 2.2 lens, allowing you to capture large groups of people, landscapes and interiors for interesting and well-detailed photos without missing out on anything important.

Also noteworthy is the dual front camera built directly into the screen. Its main module is built on the basis of a 32 MP sensor with a diagonal of 1/2, 8 inches, paired with a wide-angle lens with a focal length of 26 mm and an aperture of f / 2.0. If you need to take a selfie with a large group of friends, the 8 MP ultra-wide-angle module with f / 2.2 aperture will come to the rescue.

The HONOR 30 Pro + comes in two colors: Titanium Silver and Midnight Black, features a 4000mAh battery and supports 40W HONOR SuperCharge and 27W wireless fast charging.

A liquid cooling system is responsible for removing heat from key components, which guarantees stable operation in the most stressful conditions.

HONOR 30S

Another model in the series, HONOR 30S, received a 6.5-inch LCD screen, capable of reproducing 96% of the NTSC gamut and supporting the HDR10 standard. The smartphone is powered by a powerful and economical 7nm 5G Kirin 820 processor, which has one large core (based on Cortex-A76), three medium cores (based on Cortex-A76) and four small cores (based on Cortex-A55) and supports the maximum frequency is 2, 36 GHz. This combination significantly increases energy efficiency, while allowing, if necessary, to easily cope with resource-intensive tasks. The processor has an advanced graphics module based on the Mali-G57 MC6 architecture, which provides increased performance and lower power consumption when playing video games, while GPU Turbo and Kirin Gaming + technologies further enhance the gaming experience of the smartphone. The latest neural module guarantees fast and efficient processing of applications with artificial intelligence algorithms.

The smartphone is equipped with a main 4-module camera, which includes a 64 MP module with an f / 1.8 aperture, an ultra-wide-angle 8 MP module with an f / 2.4 aperture, a 2 MP module for measuring scene depth and a 2 MP module for macro photography of miniature objects with an f aperture /2.4. High sensitivity and image stabilization technologies allow you to get high-quality images even at dusk.

The HONOR 30S features a 16MP front camera with f / 2.0 aperture.

A fast fingerprint scanner built into the power button is responsible for protecting personal information. It allows you to turn on and unlock your smartphone with one touch.

The rear panel of the HONOR 30S is made of 3D glass with a nano-textured coating that shimmers when you change the angle of view. The third model of the new flagship series is HONOR 30, built on the 7nm 5G Kirin 985 processor. The model is equipped with a bright AMOLED screen with a diagonal of 6.53 inches with thin bezels and a waterdrop notch.

The main lens of the smartphone consists of a 40 MP wide-angle camera with a focal length of 27 mm and aperture of f / 1.8, built on the basis of the IMX600 sensor with a diagonal of 1/1, 7 inches. An additional 8 MP module with a 125 mm f / 3.4 periscope telephoto lens is equipped with phase detection autofocus, optical image stabilization and provides 5x optical and 50x digital zoom.

For shooting large groups of people, landscapes and interiors - 16 MP ultra-wide-angle module with a focal length of 18 mm and an aperture of f / 2.2, equipped with phase detection autofocus.

A dedicated 2MP macro module opens up new horizons for creativity, allowing you to find unusual angles of familiar objects, and the module for determining the depth of the scene provides realistic background blur to enhance the expressiveness of portraits.

The HONOR 30 captures bright and detailed selfies with a 32MP front camera with a 23mm focal length.

The model has a built-in fingerprint scanner, a 4000 mAh battery, supports 40W fast wired charging, is equipped with stereo speakers and supports Histen 6.1 audio effects.
