Although the last month of summer is on the calendar, the children's holidays are not over yet, and the weather is still happy. This means that children can still run around the street with might and main, frolic in the country - the main thing for parents is that they are busy with something interesting and, possibly, even useful. We have prepared the best examples of such activities. Some can be done at home, but everything can be easily transferred to the street.
1. Making bird biscuits
Ordinary feeders with a handful of food poured there are good, but you can treat the birds with beautiful curly "cookies". Children will surely enjoy cooking it, and most importantly, seeing it in the trees near the house.
The recipe for this cookie:
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup water
2.5 teaspoons of unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar syrup
4 cups of mixture for feeding birds, you can buy ready-made or make yourself from a mixture of cereals
Mix everything and arrange in tins, pre-oiled with vegetable oil. Poke a rope hole in the cookie and let it set for about 6-8 hours. Then it remains to thread a string and hang it on a tree.
Who said that you need to draw with brushes or pencils? You don't even need to touch the drawing with your hands. For this, they came up with a pouring drawing technique. Place the canvas on, pick up the paint you can pour out of the jars, and have the little ones literally pour them on top of the paper. If you don't see anything in their abstraction, then young artists will easily do it. And if you really want to, you can finish the drawing with your fingers.
Children already love to sculpt from plasticine. Imagine if you can eat it later? To do this, make edible plasticine with them, and then give the fantasies of your young chefs freedom.
To make edible plasticine, you will need:
1/2 unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
3-4 cups powdered sugar
gel food coloring
Beat the butter and cream with a mixer. Gradually add powdered sugar to the mass, mix. The mass should become thick and dense enough for sculpting. Finally add vanilla extract (optional).
Knead the dough on a surface sprinkled with powdered sugar. Divide it into several parts, add a drop of food coloring to each and mix well again.
You can start sculpting. Give kids a rolling pin, figurines, and creative freedom. If they don't want to eat their masterpieces right away, they can be kept in the refrigerator.
4. Rain stick
Some people like hot days, while others miss the rain - at least for its sound. Make a Rain Staff with your children that will allow them to enjoy the sound of the rain and play pranks on their friends.
You will need:
2 plastic bottles (better with a wide mouth)
A mixture of rice and millet (1-2 tablespoons each) or dry beans
toothpicks (5 pieces)
dye
Scotch
bright fabric and everything for decoration - feathers, strings, etc.
Pour cereals into one of the bottles, add toothpicks.
Paint the bottles as your imagination allows you. Connect them with necks, fasten them tightly with tape, and wrap them with a cloth on top. Decorate the bottles with whatever you want. And all, turning them over, you will receive the sounds of rain in any weather.
5. Hockey balloons
The task of each team is to put as many balls as possible into the opponent's basket.
A fun alternative to soccer that requires minimal preparation.
Instead of a gate, place two baskets (or any sufficiently wide containers). Instead of clubs - plastic or silicone tubes (or anything that will help control the balls). Instead of balls - balloons.
Inflate a few balloons, place them in the center of the field. Divide the children into two teams. The task of each is to put as many balls as possible into the opponent's basket. Fight - to the last ball.
On hot days, such entertainment at the same time will cool all participants.
It is very easy to organize it. Make colored ice - to do this, simply dilute the paints in water - the more shades, the more interesting - and freeze them. Prepare a large, light-colored fabric that you do not mind. And that's it - then let the children show all their creativity.

11 steps to keep your kitchen clean
We spend the most time in the kitchen, and it gets dirty more than other rooms. And, at times, putting things in order becomes a disaster. It is not clear what to grab onto, and whether there will be an end to this cleaning. So that the amount of work does not seem overwhelming and endless, it is better to divide it into several stages

Keep your back straight and your speech beautiful
The life line is rarely straight and, as a rule, it spreads and curls in unpredictable ways. Yesterday you graduated from university, today you work in a pack of "white collars", and tomorrow … you are asked to represent the interests of some party in the Duma, not necessarily the State one. Do not rush to refuse, you have in your hands not only a unique lobbying system, but also the opportunity to declare yourself as a person who thinks of others
