Today the actress Natalia Lesnikovskaya is celebrating her anniversary. She shared her personal experience of accepting her appearance, raising sons and dialogue with her beloved with "Cleo" shortly before her 35th birthday.

Natalia, does age have any influence on you? Did you feel differently when you turned 30? And now?

- Now I am in that wonderful middle age, when everything is already clear about myself, when you understand who you are and what you are.

You can stop and just enjoy life. From 20 to 30 years old, I ran headlong, carried away by the profession, always only forward! Now I understand and accept that you need to enjoy every moment of life, even if it is not the easiest one.

How do you usually celebrate your birthday? Love this holiday?

- Of course, as a child, like any child, I loved my birthday very much. With age, I became indifferent to him, and recently even a little annoying: with the active development of social networks, a huge number of people who do not even know me began to congratulate me, and this gives me some discomfort.

Although celebrating a birthday as an excuse to meet close and pleasant people with whom you have not met for months is great!

Do you give yourself any pre-New Year promises?

- Oh sure. But now I'm just happy with everything, and the most important New Year's promise is to leave myself alone and enjoy what we have.

I continue to develop, improve myself, work, take care of myself in my comfortable mode. This year I didn’t burn anything and didn’t throw it into champagne, I just enjoyed the wonderful feeling of a magical holiday.

Rumors | 2021-14-08 Baba Nina - does she really exist and where does she live

- Last year was very productive for you in terms of work. You acted in films, and in the series, and returned to the theater. What are your plans for this year?

- I would really like to work a lot in the cinema. I love movies, I get a huge boost of energy from filming and really miss when they are not there. Every time you go to the cinema you find yourself in a new environment: these are new people, new impressions, communication, meetings with talented partners, directors. And this is its own charm: you met, charged each other with creativity, electricity, talent … that's great!

- Last year you also wrote the short film Guild Girl. Could you tell us how long it took to come up with the script? Have you ever thought about doing this, or did it all work out suddenly?

- For a very long time and somewhere, even painfully, I came up with a script and realized that it is very difficult without special education. But this is incredibly interesting! It seems to me that non-professionals should write scripts only if something SUCH happened in life or something excites you so that you cannot help but write and share!

Guild Girl's script was born out of a true story that happened to me. Oddly enough, one day I was asked to hold a wedding ceremony, and under the impression of what I saw at this wedding, I decided to write a comedy.

You yourself had a very interesting wedding - in hippie outfits, sincere and not pretentious. Do you remember her often?

- I never dreamed of a luxurious, classic wedding. And my husband supported me in this. Therefore, we tried to simply make a sincere, relaxed party for ourselves and loved ones. I always remember her with great fondness. (Smiles.)

Have you read the popular book about love languages? Do you know yours?

No, I do not know this book, unfortunately, and, of course, I immediately wanted to read it. In general, I read a lot of literature about the relationship between a man and a woman and made a conclusion for myself that we really communicate in different languages, and we must always remember that we have a different way of thinking.

And I also came to the conclusion that you need to talk a lot with each other. Not to sort things out, but to discuss the accumulated questions and disagreements. Wrong is our feminine: "I was offended, but I won't tell him the reason." And when you accustom yourself to be in dialogue with your loved one, you will not have any global, insoluble questions.

Natalia, Ivan once helped you master snowboarding. Are you fond of this sport now?

- Last summer I quite by accident, out of the blue, broke my leg and after that I realized how fragile a person is. And that I, as an actress, have no right to risk my health and beauty. Therefore, for now, I have given up with traumatic sports.

You are the mother of two boys. After the birth of Yegor and Mark, what new did you understand about men?

- Men are arranged in such a way that in no case should you overly patronize them and solve their problems for them. This is true for both little ones and adults. Boys must grow up to be men.

They must be loved, I will always hug, kiss my boys, give them warmth and affection, but at the same time, in many difficult situations for children, I try to watch, but not interfere, in order to give my sons the opportunity to learn to make decisions for themselves.

Do your sons already notice their natural inclinations and abilities? How do you and your husband develop them?

- Despite the slight difference in age (2 years), Yegor and Mark are radically different.

Egor is an assiduous, corrosive, kind of constructor, loves hard work. And the youngest is active, bully and giggle. And I came to the conclusion that no matter how much you bring up a child, he has his own "beginning" with which he was born, and there is no need to break him. Our parental task is to slowly give children the opportunity to try themselves in different directions in order to find their own.

How much has parenting changed you yourself? Are there any new qualities that you did not know about before?

- Only today at the rehearsal, an actor with whom we have known for 12 years and have not seen since students, told me:

“Listen to how much your children have changed you. You are not in a hurry, you are not in a hurry, you seem to have understood some of your secrets and are carrying it."

It seems to me that this is wonderful, and this kind of inner peace is inherent in a woman by nature itself.

Have you been looking for your style for a long time? Seek help from a stylist?

I'm not a fanatical fashionista. At different times, depending on my attitude, my style of dress changes. For example, a few months ago I stopped wearing boyish jeans and T-shirts and started opting for much more feminine pieces.

- Which sport is closer to you?

Unfortunately, I do not have time to regularly go in for sports, my destiny is plastic and dance classes, rehearsals in the theater. In general, I like to move and I know for sure that “there is a healthy mind in a healthy body.”

- They say that after 30 women accept their appearance and feel more beautiful. Have you changed your attitude towards yourself and your appearance over time?

- Yes, at 20 I wanted to change a lot in myself. Probably, the desire for alterations speaks of an incomplete acceptance of oneself. And there is nothing more beautiful than looking at a woman who appreciates and accepts herself, is not fixated on her appearance and has a positive attitude towards her shortcomings. It's such a magnetic charm that it's impossible to resist.

What role in your career was the biggest challenge?

- There were several such works. I think this is due to the fact that the roles were radically different from my behavior in life. For example, in the film by Yuri Moroz "Children of Vanyukhin" I played a cheeky, walking, 100 percent confident girl, and in "Sisters by Blood" - a humorous, active, village market trader.

Such roles are very difficult for me, but playing these characters is extremely interesting.

In addition, the directors approve me at the auditions, which means they see in me some kind of untapped potential. I am immensely grateful to my profession for the fact that I can constantly reveal myself in new guises.

Natalia in the play "Save the Super Squirrel".

Do you use some of the acting elements in your personal life?

It is a misconception that actors are constantly acting in their personal lives. We are people like everyone else.

When a person is in love, he is naked and helpless, regardless of his profession. All the vicissitudes, joys and hardships of personal life affect actors and non-actors in exactly the same way.

The only practically applicable skill is probably the ability to hide your emotions a little more. But when it comes to real feeling - here we are all equal.

Blitz "Cleo":

Are you friends with the Internet?

Compared to the generation in their twenties, no. More precisely, I am friends with him, but he is not with me.

Did you have a nickname as a child?

Mop. I was the tallest, thinnest and with a huge head of hair.

How do you relieve stress?

Saves a sense of humor.

What is your psychological age?

Equal to biological.
