There will be 20 full business days in June 2021. Another one is legally shortened by an hour. In total, employees of private and state-owned enterprises will need to work 21 days in the first month of summer.

The 11th day is pre-holiday in June. On this day, the work will be carried out according to a shortened schedule.

In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the employer is obliged to reduce the pre-holiday day by 1 hour. The calculation of the required output is carried out according to a special formula. According to it, the workflow in June will be 167 hours.

Weekends and holidays

There will be 9 official weekends in the first month of summer 2021. These include 8 standard and 1 holiday. Holidays other than Russia Day are not official, so you can not count on additional weekends.

How to relax with a six-day stay

The employees of organizations working 6 days a week will not have a day off on June 14. Official holidays this month are all Sundays and Saturdays on the 12th. The rest of the days are working days. It turns out that employees of private and state enterprises will work 25 days in a month.

Is it possible to increase unforeseen vacation

It makes sense to take extra days off only for employees working 5 days a week. They will have 3 days of leave at the expense of the state. If any trip is planned, then this period can be used in order not to lose much in wages.

There are two ways to extend your vacation:

1. Take a few extra days at your own expense.
2. Use statutory vacation pay (28 days).

The second option will not affect the salary for June. Holidays will help shorten the vacation period and get compensation for work holidays that have not been used.

3. Employees of enterprises working a 6-day working week should not hope for an extra day off. For them, Saturday is a working day, so there will be no postponement.
