We gave up fast food, we drink tea without sugar and don't even eat after 6, but the arrow of the scales shows a larger and larger number each time. We raise our hands to the sky, exclaiming: "Why do I need this?" work. Unfortunately, some professions are very insidious - they imperceptibly, but surely spoil our figures, turning a slender doe into a small but well-fed elephant.

We spend a third of our lives at work, and it would be at least imprudent, and at least foolish not to pay attention to what, when and, most importantly, how we eat while in the office. Often, instead of a full meal, not entirely healthy and healthy snacks are used. We swallow food on the go, not figuring out what exactly we put in our mouth. Is it any wonder that after a month of such thoughtless absorption of food of dubious quality and value, we suddenly notice that the jeans fit much tighter on us, and the zipper on the skirt does not want to be buttoned all the way? But we have to work not a month, but a whole life. It turns out that you can put an end to a good figure? Not at all. Just to begin with, it is worth identifying potential "pests" - professions that spoil the figure - and then do everything possible to minimize the damage from such work. We, of course, do not consider dismissal as a solution to the problem.

Sedentary work

Office workers who spend all day at the computer know firsthand that frequent tea drinking is the best way to cope with paperwork. Of course, not nuts and fresh fruits are used as "snacks", but high-calorie cookies, pastries, cakes and pies from the canteen. Moreover, women often do not even control the amount of goodies eaten, especially in emergency mode - the rolls fly into the mouth one after the other, and the cup is filled and drunk a couple of times per hour. At risk are accountants, lawyers, estimates, etc. The energy consumption of these employees, as a rule, is minimal, and the work is rather nervous and demanding. So it turns out that a person regularly seizes stress, and then does nothing to spend extra calories.

What to do? There are two ways to tackle the problem of weight gain due to sedentary work.

1. Buy a membership to a fitness club or exercise at home. You must understand that only rare lucky women manage to eat anything and not get fat. The rest of the women have to make an effort to maintain a beautiful figure.

2. Control your meals in the office. It is better to bring to work a few apples or a package of nuts, dried apricots and prunes and eat a little bit of healthy "sweets" with tea than to devour chocolate and biscuits uncontrollably. And one more thing - put a glass of drinking water on your table and, as soon as you feel that you would not mind sharpening something, empty the glass. You will be surprised, but half the time, this will be enough for you. Unfortunately, we very often mistake the desire to eat tasty things for real hunger and fill our stomachs with excess food, and then complain about tight jeans.

"Buffet" work

We are not talking about those who organize these buffets, but about those who constantly attend them. As a rule, these are PR specialists and VIP-client managers. To make useful contacts and establish connections, customers are taken to a restaurant or organized banquets for them with a variety of high-calorie snacks. Conversations that happen in an informal setting over a cup of tea or something stronger usually produce better results than the usual meeting in ties. But such buffets, unfortunately, are also reflected on the figure. If you uncontrollably absorb one canapé after another, and then add high-calorie desserts to them, one day you risk not getting into your “banquet” dress.

What to do? Try to eat something healthy and satisfying before the buffet so that the sight of the various goodies does not cause an appetite. Well, if you still have to eat at the banquet, lean on vegetables and fruits. They have much less calories than pies and fat cuts, and they satisfy the feeling of hunger with a bang. At least until the end of the buffet table, you will feel full.

"Delicious" work

It is rare to meet unnatural cooks. Most of those who cook large amounts of food every day look as if they themselves are consuming large amounts of food. And there is some truth in this: the smells in the air cause an appetite, and a person eats much more than he really needs. By the way, the same can be said about housewives (yes, this is also a job, and some other kind). While a caring wife and mom prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner for her family, she will try each of the dishes, adding a slice of cheese, a freshly baked bun and a slice of sausage to a spoonful of soup. And all this in addition to the main meals.

Most of those who prepare food on a daily basis look as if they themselves are absorbing large quantities of it.

What to do? Carefully monitor what and how you eat. Of course, it is quite difficult to fool the brain, but it is possible, therefore, we advise a professional chef to eat often, but in small portions. This will keep you feeling full all the time, and smells will no longer be such a strong irritant. And housewives should give up uncontrolled "biting". It seems to you that almost nothing has been eaten, but in fact the body has received a decent portion of calories, to which you will add even more at lunch.
