  4. It takes 5 days to issue a certificate. Issuance - 10 days.
  5. You can dispose of funds without resorting to the document itself.

Until the end of 2020, the terms for consideration and issuance of the certificate are the same: 15 days for information processing, 1 month for consideration. However, today territorial bodies process information according to new rules.

From the FIU, the data is sent to banks. You do not need to additionally write an application - it will be automatically filled in upon registration. You just need to sign it and agree with the terms of the financial institution.

Maternity capital implies targeted spending of funds. You can master the money for the following needs of the family and children:

  • mom's retirement account;
  • construction, purchase of residential premises;
  • payment for children's education;
  • rehabilitation of children with disabilities.
