Arshavina's maiden name is Baranovskaya. They met Andrey in the summer of 2003 in a restaurant. On December 7, 2005, she gave birth to a son, Artyom, on April 3, 2008, a girl Yana appeared in their family.

I even fell in love with London during this time. I just learned the language a little, well, and I already have my own routes. Some habits have changed. For example, in St. Petersburg my friends and I met in the evening, and in London for lunch.

I do not work. I came to London with zero English. To work there, you need to feel confident with the language, speak very fluently. But believe me, I have enough work at home and with our children. They play tennis, go swimming, take extra English lessons, plus school. All this takes time and attention.

I do not want my children to become the embodiment of what did not work out for me. I want them to go their own way. I myself studied not the profession to which I have a vocation. I went to the university like to Calvary. That is why, if I see that my children do not like the classes that I offer them to attend, I definitely will not force them to do it.

Yul, who is a good policeman in your family, and who is evil?

Andrey is definitely kind! At some point, he even spoiled Artyom. I was even angry with him: how to pamper - so dad, and how to bark or punish - so mom. But with the birth of Yana's daughter, somehow everything settled down, fell into place. I have come to terms with the fact that dad earns money, spoils children, and mom brings them up. …

… and spends money?

No, I'm not a spender. I’m not a fashionista, I don’t chase brands, I don’t go to boutiques all day, I don’t lie in salons - I’m not a glamorous diva. (Laughs) In fact, I think that there is nothing to spend a lot of time on shopping, life is already short. Moreover, I look into the shop window and know for sure whether there is something there for me or not. I am not an adherent of any special brands, luxury brands and the like. I only buy what I like, the thing can even cost 50 cents. But a lot of money is really spent on the education of children. But this is not a waste, but an investment in their future.

Well, after all, for sure, you also have things on which you never mind spending too much?

Shoes. The biggest thing I love about shoes is the high heels. I like any heels: thick, stiletto heels - all the same. It all depends on how the shoes are in harmony with all the clothes. I don’t care whether it’s branded or not. I wonder how it is made, why one shoe is comfortable and the other is not. I suddenly became interested in how it was all done from the inside, and I decided to listen to lectures on this matter. In general, I love to study. Almost immediately after arriving in England, I went to courses in contemporary art at Sotheby's, which lasted six months, and then studied for another six months in art history courses.

Julia, what about indulging in a massage and grooming and nurturing yourself in the salons? Is there enough time for this?

Let me tell you a secret: I don't waste time on salons. I prefer to do many cosmetic procedures at home - it's easier for me. Not to do it on my own, but so that the master comes home to me and the conditions are comfortable, familiar. Moreover, in London, parking a car near a showroom is a very difficult task. And when you have two children, it is very difficult to plan something in advance, and if this is a good place, then the recording is made a week in advance, no less. What if something happens in a week and I can't go there? No, it's easier for me to do everything at home.

Are you an owl or a lark?

I get up when required. You won't be able to be an owl, because you need to get your children to school.

Do you have a talisman?

My mascot is my husband. I don't need others. I am not attached to things, I love people.

How do you relieve stress?

I feed my husband. I get a wild thrill when he eats and he likes the food I have prepared.

And what about the SPA? It is difficult to do SPA procedures at home …

I don't really like SPA, it's hard for me to find what I like. In this sense, I am a bit finicky person. I do not go to the SPA for beautiful bottles, not for a beautifully decorated room, I do not go there just to lie down to get high … For me, the main thing in a SPA procedure is the hands that make it. In fact, there are just a lot of such SPA offers - with expensive interiors, completely insane smells, but it is not clear what kind of hands … This is not mine. I need good hands and a result.

Julia, what are you willing to spend time on without looking at your watch?

For cooking. I don't have a cook, I cook everything myself. I cook not for myself, but for my husband. And even the festive table I also collect myself. Moreover, I do not have any standard holiday menu in several variations.

The table depends on my mood and who comes to visit. It can be a completely seafood table or a semblance of Azerbaijani - meat, vegetables, a lot of greens. It all depends on the company, on the mood, on the occasion. Sometimes you even want to cook some food and arrange it nicely on plates.

What are your plans now?

I want to speak English so confidently that I can joke in it. For me, this is the highest indicator. Well, I would like to finally launch my own line of children's and sportswear, which I am currently working on.

What would you wish the girls who dream of the life of star wives?

It's not whether the star is your husband or not. The main thing is that you have love in your heart and soul and illuminate everything around you. No plastic surgery or super cream will help a woman who feels unhappy to look beautiful. And you can be happy and not necessarily with a star. It's my personal opinion.
