Many viewers consider the first husband of the singer Valeria Alexander Shulgin. She gave birth to children from him, and later divorced loudly and with a scandal. Only the most dedicated fans know that Shulgin was the second spouse.

For the first time, the artist got married in her youth, when she was unknown to anyone and sang in a restaurant in Saratov.

With her first husband, Leonid Yaroshevsky, Alla (the singer's name at birth) met at the age of 16. The girl performed in Saratov at a music competition, and the young musician noticed her. He was very fond of jazz and wanted to conquer the whole country with this music. Alla's voice came to his liking. The guy decided that the team urgently needed such a soloist. Since Valeria was underage, Leonid had to go with this proposal to her parents.

Mom was categorically against it. She stated that she did not see her daughter's musical future. Galina Ivanovna thought that the girl would enter the Faculty of History, and later would work at school.

Leonid is sure, if not for his perseverance, Alla would really be now a teacher at the district school.

After much persuasion, the girl went on her first tour. The performer recalls that period with nostalgia and along the way admits that she was not ready for the complexities of her touring life.

After working for several years in Saratov, young people managed to collect a decent amount. There was enough money to buy a car, but they decided to dispose of it differently. The couple went to conquer the capital.

Here Alla met Alexander Shulgin. Yaroshevsky, in a book dedicated to Valeria, wrote that the singer was cheating on him. This broke the musician's life. Leonid tried to commit suicide.

He is still offended by the singer. The musician assures that he spent all the money he earned on the lady of the heart. Supposedly, therefore, his career did not work out.

Valeria has a different position on this matter. The singer told - feelings between her and Shulgin arose, but they were platonic before the divorce from her first husband. She did not cheat on Leonid. It was a fundamental moment for her.

She does not consider the suicide attempt serious. Valeria is still convinced that it was a staging and nothing more. She speaks warmly about Yaroshevsky, recalling this time with nostalgia.

Judging by the title of the book, which the first husband published, 30 years later, he has completely different emotions. He calls Valeria a "steam locomotive" from Atkarsk.
