The Friske family continues to actively attack Dmitry Shepelev. The other day, the relatives of the late pop star Zhanna Friske filed an application with the social services authorities with a complaint about the showman. But it looks like a serious struggle is just beginning. Now a representative of the family warns the artist that if he does not allow his grandparents to see little Plato, then it is possible that a criminal case will be initiated.

Recall that for almost a month the Friske family and Dmitry Shepelev have been fighting for the right to raise two-year-old Plato. The showman has already complained to the police about threats from Vladimir Friske, now Vladimir Borisovich intends to bring the artist to justice if he does not allow him to communicate with his grandson.

The lawyer of the Friske family, Alexander Karabanov, recently told reporters that the Family Code "spelled out all the nuances with regards to the right to communicate with all relatives with minors." And he promised that if the issue of Plato's upbringing is not settled peacefully, he will have to go to court.

“If Dmitry continues to infringe on the rights of the Friske family, we will have to go to court. He will never be able to get away from the law. I am absolutely sure that I will win if I go to court,”the lawyer emphasized in an interview with the Moskovsky Komsomolets correspondent.

Karabayev also appealed to Shepelev with an appeal to resolve the issue without court proceedings.

“Dear Dmitry, I am not emotionally involved in this family conflict, although I knew Zhanna and was friendly with her. I really hope that all parties in this difficult situation will be able to agree peacefully, without a trial. But if you continue to deny my clients the right to communicate with your grandson given to them by law, or even more so if you continue to threaten to take the boy abroad, we will have to resolve the issue in a completely different plane - criminal. Objectively, the boy needs to communicate with the family of his deceased mother. Moreover, he grew up with them from birth. Dmitry, you lead such a way of life - you work, build your life, and it is absolutely normal that the child in one way or another will be transferred to the upbringing of third parties. It will be better for him if they are relatives, grandparents, who love him very much."
