On the eve of the famous group "Bi-2" presented a video clip for the song "# Hipster", which starred Sobchak, Kirkorov, Borzov and many other famous people.

According to the plot of the video, Russian celebrities dance to the music against the backdrop of the sights of London. The director of the video, Irina Mironova, said that the creators thought out not only the images of the heroes, but also the image of the entire video. It is styled after the main social network of all hipsters - Instagram.

The word "hipster" comes from the English to be hip, which roughly translates as "to be in the subject." Originally it meant representatives of a special subculture that had formed among fans of jazz music; today it is used in the sense of “wealthy urban youth interested in elite foreign culture and art, fashion, alternative music, modern literature”.

“Instagram is already a necessary element of our life. Over this, we, of course, also mocked. We had to do a lot of work with filters to make the dynamic footage look like a static Instagram frame. All the artists willingly got involved in the work and offered their own options for costumes, so the hipster bows turned out to be just perfect,”Mironova explained.

It is worth noting that the topic of the hipster subculture was very popular several years ago, but now it is no longer so relevant. Shura and Lyova admit this, but believe that the song is quite fresh.

“In 2008-2009, the 50s hipster theme made a comeback thanks to musical trends. We came up with the song about a year and a half ago, while we recorded and mixed it, this topic began to decline a little, but this is not necessarily about hipsters - so you can say about any subculture. It's hard to classify us as hipsters, but during the filming of the video I had to wear this image,”the musicians say.
