Actor and showman Volodymyr Zelenskyy has been elected the new president of Ukraine. Many representatives of Russian show business took this news very positively. Celebrities immediately began to congratulate their colleague on the victory in the elections, and someone even published a joint photo with the first person of a neighboring state

For example, this was done by Marina Fedunkiv, a participant in Comedy Woman, who posted on her Instagram page a small post under the photo, where she and Vladimir Alexandrovich are still very young. The actress jokingly wrote: "But once they started the same way …", hinting at the current high position of her colleague, and then added "congratulations on the victory."

Regina Todorenko, a native of Odessa, and her husband Vlad Topalov hurried to publish their congratulations. Each of them wished the newly-made president success in his new field and expressed hope for quick positive changes. In addition, Topalov stressed that he had long dreamed of visiting the homeland of his beloved wife, seeing the school she attended, the house in which she grew up, and also introducing his five-month-old son to his great-grandfather.

Singer Lolita Milyavskaya was one of the first to rejoice at the victory of Vladimir Zelensky. True, unlike the others, the performer did not write anything, "so that they would not start saying again that we chose Trump," but turned to the actor via video. In it, she joked that right now she intends to leave for Kiev, and also remembered how she starred in Zelensky's projects, for which she now counts "on a small piece of the pie", implying that the road to Ukraine will now be open for her and other artists. Separately, Milyavskaya asked Vladimir not to give up her pre-election positions.

Both Nikolay Baskov and Svetlana Loboda joined the numerous congratulations. So, the Golden Voice of Russia complained that for five years now he has not been able to meet with his Ukrainian fans and friends, and now he very much hopes that such an opportunity will soon appear. And a native of Kiev, Svetlana Loboda, even called the election results "a smart twist", saying that she believes in the new president.

But the Russian colleague of Zelensky, showman Maxim Galkin, was skeptical that many domestic stars are exhibiting photographs with the newly made president of Ukraine. He noticed that all this looks "childishly naive", and hardly anyone will go on tour in Ukraine in the near future.
