The TV show, which has set the morale fighters on edge, is under threat of closure.
To date, the shooting of the famous project is being conducted from several locations at once:
- city apartments, in which "show in show" and competitions between participants are filmed;
- Seychelles;
- "Polyana".
It was Polyana that was threatened with closure. In 2014, a plot of land on the territory of New Moscow near the village of Letova Roshcha was bought by businessman Karmanov. Now the land is subject to seizure. According to the project for the development of new territories, the Salaryevo-Maryino highway will pass in this place. Tram tracks are also planned to be built in this area.
The information was announced by Valery Shkurov, who holds the position of one of the deputy heads of the authorized department.
The decision was made by the Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin and representatives of the Urban Planning and Land Commission.
According to the specialists of the state structure, they did not know that there was a film set on the land.
Today "Polyana" show occupies about 3 hectares of land. About 50 million dollars were spent on its arrangement.
Experts note that such projects do not take into account the personal interests of those who own land on the plots to be built, providing only partial compensation. Most likely, the producers will have to close the set and look for new land to settle down.
Representatives of the TV channel do not comment on this information. Given the profits and high ratings, the show will likely not close.
