Since childhood, I hated to paint. Just because I was “repainted” as a child. From the age of 5 I was engaged in ballroom dancing, and my mother all the time (every weekend, when there were tournaments) painted me, smeared me, and I hated it, cried, shouted: “I don’t want mom, let me go out the way it is”.

I still don't really like cosmetics, but by the age of 17 I realized that I needed to take care of myself. Take care of your honor from a young age and your appearance too. The more you do this at an early age, the better you will look later. Especially when you have a huge number of concerts, events, when you have not slept for thirty hours, and then you still need to work.

Beauty also depends on the mood, on how a person presents himself. If he smiles, then, accordingly, you can see much less wrinkles in him than in a person who is depressed by something. If a person has a positive attitude, then he has a beautiful face and a beautiful body! No amount of diet will help you if you are not feeling well. None! Just the opposite!

And if we talk about specific secrets, then everything is extremely simple:

1. Coconut oil - from everything and for everything: for the face, and for the body, and for the hair. It was recommended to me by my masseur. He just came somehow, started massaging me, I ask: “What is this? It smells so good. He said that it is very useful, nutritious and good for the skin - I felt it. The oil can even be applied to hair. I started using it everywhere and everywhere, very often.

The oil can even be applied to hair. I started using it everywhere and everywhere, very often.

I bought my oil in the Seychelles. In general, it is better to order it abroad. By the way, you can also buy a lot of interesting things there. Now I have the opportunity to travel the world, and I bring everything from everywhere, I recently brought hyaluronic and collagen masks from Japan. It looks scary, but it helps. I read a lot about them and now I bought them - I got an overweight of 5 kg at the airport.

2. Castor oil for eyebrows and eyelashes.

3. Concealer on the eyes to make the look fresh and free of bruises. It helps a lot when you live in a difficult rhythm.

4. Eyebrow pencil. Successful and correctly selected - here it is better to consult a makeup artist.

5. Yoga. I started doing it five years ago. Initially, my former boyfriend brought me there, he studied himself and interested me. I went to the gym because for me it was just body development. Like stretching, Pilates is nothing special, you just work out and keep your body in order. But then I realized that this is a whole immense philosophy that you need to understand - nothing is done in life just like that, your every move is a consequence of something, this is a result, this is motivation. And when you understand this, when you start to work correctly, then harmony appears in you.

I am a big opponent of yoga in fitness clubs, in some gyms - this is not yoga!

I am a big opponent of yoga in fitness clubs, in some gyms - this is not yoga! You know, there are such wonderful Buddhist retreats. They meet at special meetings, get spiritually and culturally enriched and practice yoga, purification of themselves, get acquainted with culture, with Buddhism and participate in the development of this.

Yoga is not just a complex of some exercises, it is a philosophy of understanding oneself. When you start to understand yourself, then you can do yoga, and then, probably, you can become beautiful.
