Kylie Minogue was left heartbroken when she was forced to cancel her engagement to British actor Joshua Sasse. However, now a new man has appeared in Kylie's life.

The pop star has officially announced, in order to prevent gossip, that she is having an affair with a new lover, Paul Solomons. On Monday, when she turned 50, the singer posted on Instagram a black and white photo of her hugging her lover. “The girl's birthday,” she wrote under the picture.

She and Solomon were first called a couple last month. Prior to that, Kylie had a relationship with actor Joshua Sass, to whom she was even engaged. The couple broke up last year and the singer has been single since then.

Paul Solomon, 43, is the Creative Director for UK-based GQ. Last month, a source close to Kylie told The Sun that she and Solomon have become very close.

Earlier this year, Kylie spoke to Red Magazine about her breakup with Joshua. “I never thought I would get married,” she said. - But already being engaged was a kind of experiment for me, because I never had a dream to get married. This is not what I want. My parents did not raise me with the idea of a “perfect marriage,” and it was never my goal. At some point, I thought that maybe I was wrong and that I needed to do what the whole world is doing. But now I am back to my old thoughts. I don't think marriage is for me."
