The actress intends to take the girl to France, but Aubrey is categorically against it - in his opinion, Berry intends to exclude him from participating in the process of raising the baby as much as possible. According to some reports, after the incident, Halle and Olivier decided to suspend preparations for their wedding. A trial on the Aubrey attack on Martinez is scheduled for December 13th. But already now, the model is forbidden to approach Berry, Martinez or daughter closer than 300 feet (91 meters).
