“We did not enter into a contract and would never enter into commercial cooperation, and it is impossible within the framework of Beyoncé's conceptual project - the release of her new video album,” Frol Burimsky, brand manager of Ulyana Sergeenko, told Heat.ru.
And in the video clip for the song Jealous, Beyonce appeared in a cape made of Vologda lace. This is a hand-made model, which has been worked on by more than 15 craftsmen.
“It is very pleasant that Beyoncé's stylists have chosen this particular thing, since lace from Vologda, along with balalaika and Khokhloma, can be considered one of the symbols of our country, for which, of course, we are proud,” says Burimsky. - Vologda lace is a primordially Russian direction, this labor-intensive technique is the most elegant and delicate in execution and is still preserved in almost only one city in the world. The work on the seemingly small thing took about two months."
Also on the set of the video for the song Haunted, the performer tried on a black bodysuit made of silk velvet with a white jabot from Ulyana's autumn-winter collection.
