Much to the delight of fans of the film, the shooting of the sequel is now in full swing. That is why footage taken on the set is increasingly being leaked to the network.

Active Instagram users have already seen what stunts are done by stuntmen so that the new tape impresses with special effects no less than The Matrix, released in 1999.

The other day, fans were able to consider in detail how Neo and his assistant look now. Here many were in for a big disappointment. By their appearance, the artists made it clear that many years have passed. Keanu Reeves, 55, and Carrie-Anne Moss, 52, are no longer the bright characters that delighted viewers on screens 21 years ago.

Interestingly, the costumes on the noticeably changed actors will remain the same. Keanu Reeves was captured by the paparazzi in a long black coat, and Carrie-Anne in a body-hugging leather jumpsuit.

The latter fact confused netizens. They noticed that the thing sits on the woman is no longer so impressive. Fans of the film expressed hope that the retouchers would still take care of the aesthetic side of the issue and process the shots in such a way as to partially hide the obvious age-related changes of the characters.

By the way, the sequel to The Matrix will be released in 2021.
