We will start with the TV presenter, fashionista and beauty Milana Koroleva.
1. The main thing is to start your day correctly, as they say, to get up on the “wrong foot”. There is always Evian water near my bed, and as soon as I wake up, I drink half a liter on an empty stomach, and then a contrast shower (by the way, it is very useful for the body, skin) and breakfast - oatmeal, brewed (in no case boil!) in water with honey. To spice up the taste, I pour a little kefir, literally a couple of tablespoons. My grandmother, however, always added a grated apple and called it “beauty salad”.

2. I have very dry skin that needs constant hydration, so when I am at home, I walk like a fur seal, with shiny skin, smeared with moisturizers and nourishing creams. My favorites are La Mer creams, I have not parted with them for several years, I use Mousturising Cream for my face, it is perfectly and quickly absorbed without leaving any greasy marks, but before going on stage, La Mer The mask helps to give my skin radiance. Hydrating Facial, this is a sheet mask with which you need to lie down at rest for 20 minutes, or better 30. I also really love the cream-mask of the French cosmetics Academie, Masque Douceur Softness Mask, it moisturizes the skin very well, you don't need to wash it off, just get it wet with a napkin and it is also great as a base for applying makeup.
3. My favorites for the body are The Body Refiner scrub and La Mer The Body Cream. The scrub contains small shiny particles and gives the skin a delicate glow, while the cream perfectly nourishes the skin. I like doing seaweed wraps and massage when I have time. The problem of all modern people is a catastrophic lack of time, but you still need to try to do something for yourself and your beauty every day!
My diet is fish and seafood, vegetables and fruits, cereals and dairy products.
4. Girls, I want to remind you that your mood, skin color and your figure are very dependent on what you eat and whether you exercise. I have not eaten sweets for a very long time, only in the most rare cases can I afford it, I practically do not eat bread and have not eaten meat for more than a year. My diet is fish and seafood, vegetables and fruits, cereals and dairy products.
5. I try to play sports regularly, I can't say that I can do it 100 percent, sometimes I'm still lazy or just don't have enough time. In the past few months, I have been fond of kickboxing, when practicing it, all muscle groups work, plus the training is very active and positive!
