We are starting to transform our new heroine. Her first day on the project "Start a New Life" became defining - Natalia understood exactly how she can change her life for the better, and took the first step towards personal happiness.

By tradition, our heroine will keep a blog in which she will tell about all the changes and discoveries that will happen to her on the project. Natalia's word!

The final realization of the victory and the upcoming changes came to me only this morning, on the first day of the beginning of my transformation. On this day, I met with the psychologist Yulia Sviyash. Her office is located in the very heart of Moscow, in an old building on Bolshaya Dmitrovka, and the view from the window creates a stunning atmosphere.

Before that, I was sure that I could never be frank with a stranger, let alone discuss something personal. However, Julia broke my stereotypes.

Contrary to assumptions, no one tortured me, no one condemned me, no one asked uncomfortable questions, did not climb into my soul and did not record on a dictaphone. Instead, a charming girl in a casual conversation over a cup of tea, sincerely empathizing and rejoicing, tried to understand my life. And she did it!

Within a few hours, we sorted out all the problems on the shelves and outlined a plan of action. Listening to the stories, I realized that I was not alone. The psychologist made me understand a few simple things: it's not scary to be strong, you don't have to be weak, you need to be who you are. It can be uncomfortable with a person, regardless of status and education, the main thing in communication between people is to feel welcome.

The fact that a real woman should take care of herself and the house, and a man should earn money is an outdated stereotype, which in most cases does not lead to anything good (partners should be energetically at the same level). Well, and most importantly, the outer image must correspond to the inner world, which is what I will try to come to as a result of my transformation. I really hope that with your support

Nobody dissuaded me from the idea of plastic surgery either. “If you think that you need it, go ahead,” Yulia concluded. As it turned out, she used the services of plastic surgeons before me. And better than someone who has already gone through this, no one will understand and support, so I am very glad that Julia will accompany me until the end of the season.

I don't know yet what awaits me tomorrow, but the beginning of my new life has definitely been made!

psychologist's comment: The first impression that I got when looking at Natasha was a girl student. When it turned out that she was an experienced and successful lawyer, leader and mother of a 15-year-old son, it was hard to believe it. We hit it off pretty quickly. Natasha turned out to be smart, deep, with a sense of humor. The refresh that she wants to make in her life is her natural and very healthy desire for change. After a career has been built and a lot in business goes by itself, energy is released and there is time to take care of yourself, to restore the balance between work, personal life and hobbies. Natasha sees that now her life is on a knurled track. Home - work - family - old friends. Sometimes there are dates and meetings with men, but for some reason “his” does not meet. This means that we do not want rapprochement and further development of relations. There are men with whom it is pleasant to just communicate, talk, but nothing more. We investigated why this is happening. Despite the fact that Natasha is going to undergo plastic surgery to improve her appearance, it cannot be said that she is unhappy with herself, squeezed and notorious. She communicates easily, charming, knows what many men like, and does not exaggerate the minor flaws in her appearance. However, we found out that Natasha is shy … of another. Namely, their professional success. She follows the "A woman should be weak" attitude. And thus unwittingly underestimates himself, trying to hide his mind, his achievements, his energy of a self-sufficient woman. This can be seen in clothing, behavior, and communication with men. It turns out to be a kind of girl game, although Natasha is a young and successful business woman. Thinking that this will scare off men, she makes a compromise in which there is no place for her, for the real one. And as a result, she attracts not “her own” partners equal to her in energy, but those who obviously cannot be deeply interested in her. In the course of the conversation, we tried to expose Natasha's attitude that men want only weakness and statements from a woman and that a woman's social achievements are a flaw that needs to be hidden, covered with a sheep's skin of the image of a girl. I really hope that Natasha's new image will reflect her integrity, her dignity and the true psychological and social weight in which she is. Without belittling its lightness and diminutiveness, of course. Being herself, it will be much easier for her to meet her man who is compatible with her in energy and inner maturity.
