According to the lawyer, a case will be initiated on the fact of inflicting bodily harm on the actress, moreover, under several articles of the Criminal Code (on deliberate harm to health, beatings, torture, threat of murder). It is clarified that the marriage of Alena and Ruslan was dissolved in 2010, and the property was divided according to the marriage contract. Kravets did not interfere with the communication of her ex-husband with her daughter, the issue of alimony was not raised, since the father provided for the girl.

Earlier, Kravets told her story on the TV show "Let Them Talk". “Alena accomplished a feat by deciding to tell the whole country about the facts of domestic violence, which many women prefer to hide,” said the lawyer. “My client does not intend to forgive her husband and does not take seriously his threats to take away the child,” the lawyer says.
