If you don't have a career plan, you don't yet know exactly what your goal is and how you will arrive at it. We do not know how to predict the future, but we can make it as successful as possible with the help of simple steps.
1. Take aim
In choosing a vocation, we are often guided by external factors: the prestige of the profession, the opinion of relatives, and pressure from society. Write down the requirements that you have for the job and analyze them carefully. Are they in line with your current position? Are there any points that could be imposed by someone significant to you? Shape your goal so that it inspires you but is achievable.
If you can't get it straight, try to fit into one sentence. Use positive language, avoid the "not" particle.
2. Introduce
Find a time when no one will bother you and immerse yourself in daydreaming. You've got the most coveted position you can imagine. Which line of business would you choose? How would you feel? What would change in you? What project could you finally be able to implement? What would be your responsibilities? How would you expand your options? Now you can descend from heaven to find analogues of your ideal job in the real world. Think about what market requirements will your position meet? What opportunities can you offer? Will there be a demand for it?
3. Analyze
Evaluate how your education, professional skills and personal qualities are suitable for the desired job. Even if your previous experience is not related to your dream job, think about how you could apply it to your new position. What was especially easy for you? What did you get the most out of? What skills would make you unique in this field? Once you've got a list of what you currently have, determine what you are missing to get a job that will energize you. What skills are you missing? What will you need to learn?

4. Plan
After comparing the qualities that you already possess and the skills required to achieve the goal, write how you can move from your current position to the desired position. Do you need to go to the courses or can you get by with the purchase of a textbook? Is an exam required? Perhaps you need to retrain? Prioritize tasks and make a step-by-step plan. Set a timeline for achieving intermediate goals and write down the outcome of each step. This way you can monitor your progress on the plan and see your progress.
Each plan is different, so don't be afraid to edit it and adapt it to your career path. By implementing each stage, you will learn to better understand your desires and live in harmony with yourself. Your dream job is already waiting for you!
