The author of a number of books on Indian culture, religion and mythology, yoga, as well as the connection between ancient and modern methods of healing, will share his vision of the synthesis of Western and Eastern traditions.
It tells about the latest brain research and its connection with the Hindu concept of the Brahma-Vishnu-Shiva trinity, as well as yoga techniques (asanas, pranayama, the practice of contemplation and attention control). And, of course, he will conduct a practice that helps to gain integrity.
