  2. We put the mushrooms in any spacious container with the caps down and close to each other.
  3. Fill the laid morels with water and leave to soak for an hour. Then we change the water and rinse.
  4. We transfer morels into a saucepan, fill with water and bring to a boil, after which we drain the water.
  5. Pour boiling water over again, cook morels for 30 minutes.
  6. Put the boiled mushrooms in a slotted spoon so that the water flows.
  7. We spread the chopped onions and morels in a frying pan, if desired, you can chop them, salt, pepper.
  8. Fry onions and mushrooms, add oil and cover, for about 15-20 minutes, stirring several times during this time.

Add sour cream and garlic crushed in a garlic, mix. Let the dish boil for another five minutes and serve hot.
