New Year's fun is over. There are still a few weekend days ahead. It's time to think about a healthy diet: it would be good to have time to cleanse the body by the working week and lose the extra pounds gained at the festive table. After all, in the office there is not always the opportunity to follow a diet!

Not all diets are good for the body. Some that allow only one product (the so-called mono diets) and diets during which practically nothing is allowed to eat are very strict diets, they will only harm you, and the pounds lost will return very quickly. Nutritionists recommend diets that are high in fiber and lean protein. They will not only help to quickly lose weight, but will also bring significant benefits to the body: as a result of their use, extra pounds go away due to fat, and not due to muscles; skin improves, more energy appears.

Here are three healthy diets of your choice to help you lose weight very quickly.

1. Vegetable

If you follow this diet, you can actually lose 7 kg in a week.

Morning: on an empty stomach, drink a glass of water with lemon juice. In half an hour, eat a fruit salad: a green apple, pear, orange or tangerine - only these three types of fruit are allowed! Pour the fruit with yogurt with a fat content of 1%.

Day: we make a vegetable salad from any vegetables, except potatoes, and season it with lemon juice, it is also good to add a little olive oil. Everything is required without salt! During the day, it is allowed to drink a liter of low-fat kefir.

Evening: The same salad as in the afternoon.

Drink plenty of green tea and lemon water throughout the day.

If you really want to eat, add 100 grams of lean meat without salt to the specified diet for lunch.

2. Full

The diet of this diet is designed for 1300 kcal. You will not be tormented by bouts of hunger, since this diet contains foods that fill the stomach with plant fibers, and they leave a feeling of fullness for a long time. The result will surpass all expectations. You can get rid of five kg or more (depending on your metabolism).

The key to your diet is to drink as much water as you like throughout the day - the more, the better. And before each meal, eat as much salad as you like, consisting of cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, lettuce.

The salad can be seasoned with natural yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar, spices (except for salt) and a chopped apple can be added to it for taste.

Diet ration (choose the options you like)

Breakfast

1. A sandwich of black bread and a little butter. Apple and banana.

2. 250 ml low-fat milk, an orange or apple, and two cereal loaves.

3. Two loaves with a spoonful of honey and a small banana.

4. Boiled egg with a slice of cereal bread and natural low-fat yogurt.

Dinner

1.100 grams of lean cooked meat or ham with cabbage salad

2.4 potatoes, cooked in uniforms, with soy sauce, and a piece of low-fat cheese

Dinner

1.50 grams of boiled chicken (or beef) and a large vegetable salad.

2. 100 grams of any seafood (mussels, shrimps), seasoned with lemon juice, with tomato and cucumber salad.

3.200 grams of boiled or grilled fish, half a glass of beans and vegetable salad.

Snacks between meals (choose one per day):

- banana and apple;

- two grain loaves and natural yogurt;

- 70 grams of low-fat cheese

- natural orange juice or orange with croutons.

3. Three days

A well balanced diet. I practically don't feel like eating. Although it is designed for only 1000 kcal.

First day

Breakfast: 1 loaf or slice of black bread with jam and tea (or coffee) without sugar.

An hour later - half a grapefruit.

Dinner: half a can of canned tuna with a slice of bread, tomato.

Dinner (an indispensable condition - dinner should be before 18.00): 100 grams of boiled chicken breast, a glass of boiled lentils or white beans and 100 grams of boiled beets (beets can be replaced with tomato and cucumber).

At night, if you want to eat, you can eat one apple.

Second day

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 loaf, tea or coffee.

An hour later - a banana

Dinner: borscht cooked without meat and 2 loaves

Dinner: 100 grams of cottage cheese. Cottage cheese can be seasoned with herbs (dill, parsley, cucumber, green salad, green onions) and pour with three tablespoons of kefir.

Third day

Breakfast: 50 grams of low-fat cheese and 2 loaves of tea (or coffee).

An hour later - an apple.

Dinner: boiled egg, cucumber, tomato, 1 slice of bread or loaf.

Dinner: 150 grams of boiled chicken breast. For a side dish, boil cauliflower (you can eat it as much as you want). You can pour lemon juice on the breast and cabbage.

If in three days it was not possible to lose as much weight as you want, the diet can be repeated.

Plus all of the above diets - they are so effective that you don't need to exercise with them. But, of course, fitness is also important. At least try to move more when "unloading".
