The rest of the time, vitamins enter the body with food - it is quite enough to eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products and protein foods. Wine and beer in moderation are not only harmful, but beneficial to the body. They contain a number of useful substances, amino acids. The main thing is not to overdo it. Last but not least is the quality of the drink.
As for running in the morning, it is almost a disaster - before you start, you should thoroughly talk with a doctor and undergo an examination. You never know what, after all, running is a physical activity that must be properly distributed. And in some cases, you can run into a heart attack.
