• continuing education in the 10th grade.

If a child plans to complete general education at the end of the 9th grade, he needs a certificate. This means that you will definitely have to take Russian language, mathematics and two more subjects to choose from. So it will be easier to go to college, technical school, or stop at obtaining knowledge, but having control marks.

In 2020, schoolchildren did not take the OGE, in 2021 they passed two main subjects without fail. But in 2022, it is planned to return to the final test of knowledge in 4 subjects.

According to Rosobrnadzor, there should be a unified system of knowledge testing for schoolchildren. The OGE serves to test the knowledge acquired by a child over 9 years of study in an educational institution. Successful passing of the compulsory exams allows you to receive a certificate of basic general education.

The format of the final certification in the 9th grade and the specifics of taking exams will remain unchanged. Adjustments made annually are aimed at changing the practice and demonstrating skills. There will be no important amendments.

What will change:

• KIMs - by structure and content;
• primary maximum score in all subjects;
• assessment criteria in English;
• the number of questions on history, chemistry, physics, literature;
• in the Russian language, two genres were added: journalistic and informational;
• practical problems appeared in mathematics.

Students will not only have to show knowledge, demonstrate the experience gained, but also look for non-standard solutions.

The exam will take place at the end of the school year. Without a final certification, a document on basic general education will not be issued. Possible dates are planned in three stages:

• April-May - early,
• May-June - main,
• retake in September.

Outcomes

The OGE will be canceled in 2022 only if the incidence increases and the epidemiological situation worsens. There is no information yet on the cancellation of the main exams. Ninth graders, as planned, will take two compulsory subjects and two to choose from.
