Recently, Fashion Week in Paris ended - one of the largest in the world and one of those from which you expect something wonderful and almost magical. To be honest, initially we wanted to talk about the most beautiful dresses from the collections, but, alas, there weren’t too many of them. Paris as a whole left behind a lot of rather contradictory impressions and surprised more in a bad way than in a good one. We counted a lot of real fashion failures, and we'll talk about them today.

Another beauty failure was the Givenchy collection show. The love of the creative director of the house, Ricardo Tisci, for piercing on models at the last catwalk reached its climax. He decided not to be content with the usual nose ring, but almost completely hung the faces of the models with jewelry. Those who dare to use such a technique will surely cause a real sensation. Unfortunately, problems with metal detectors at airports can arise.

We wanted the best

Designers of the Valentino fashion house Pier Paolo Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chiuri created a beautiful and versatile collection for the fall-winter season, but they made a rather big mistake in their show. When all the fashion shows came to an end, actors Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson appeared on the catwalk in the images of their movie heroes-mannequins from the almost cult film of the early 2000s - "The Model Male". As it turned out, the stars decided in this way to advertise the release (after so many years) of the second part of the film. They did an excellent advertisement for the sequel - social networks were full of their photos, but what was just in the collection - after that, unfortunately, no one remembered.

Well, we decided to leave the most epic for the final. Fortunately, the Comme des Garçons brand simply had no competitors here - the brand has always been famous, to put it mildly, for its strange vision of modern fashion. If earlier, among the incomprehensible cuts of fabric, it was still possible to guess a female silhouette, then at their last show they surpassed themselves, releasing a strange something that has no shape on the catwalk. This is how the picture of the cleaners coming backstage, collecting garbage and taking away incomprehensible heaps of packages, and designers run up to them and shout: “Don't touch this! This is our new collection. But Lady Gaga will be happy!
