According to him, last year Arseniy organized a business on the Internet selling hookah mouthpieces. The young man offered people to pay 1 million rubles, of which 100 thousand were given for the purchase of a ready-made business and the opportunity to sell goods in his city. The remaining 900 thousand went to purchase mouthpieces.
At the same time, an allegedly licensing agreement of the type of a franchise was concluded with those wishing to do so. In fact, it turned out to be a regular supply contract. At the same time, people who paid money either did not receive the goods at all, or the delay in deliveries reached from four to six months. Customers who agreed to resell mouthpieces ended up being unable to sell them and were losing financial benefits.
Nazarov, who filed a lawsuit with the Lefortovo court on behalf of his client, said that the latter had paid Shulgin 1.6 million rubles. The goods did not come to him in August, as agreed, but only in November-December. At the same time, the products were delivered to the amount of only 400 thousand rubles. It is noteworthy that the first court rejected the claim.
Now the lawyer turned to the Moscow City Court, which has already ordered Arseny to pay the affected client 1 million 170 thousand rubles. Nazarov also said that the number of victims is about 55 people.
Media reports that Iosif Prigogine declined to comment on the situation. According to him, he and Valeria do not delve into Arseny's business. The producer noted that he adheres to the position that it is necessary to take care of children up to the age of 21, and then they themselves are responsible for themselves and their actions.
