The issue of converting clocks into spring and autumn time is highly doubtful. No one knows for sure what effect the seasonal change of time has on human health, whether it will be possible to preserve internal energy reserves, and maybe in general it is fraught with negative consequences.

The preservation of constant time is also being discussed in European countries, where they began to talk about the refusal to transfer clocks for a long time and wanted to translate these intentions into reality already in 2019. However, the decision was postponed until 2021.
