There were enough surprises in the fifth season of the Beauty for a Million project. But there is never too much good news! Therefore, we are in a hurry to tell you about one more know-how - now a nutritionist will take part in the transformation of Alexander, Angelica and Anastasia. We decided to entrust this task to a wonderful specialist, an incredibly charming and beautiful woman - nutritionist Daria Rusakova. What did she tell our heroes, how did she surprise them? We invite you to learn about this from our wonderful "three players"!
Alexander Pryanikov
In terms of recruiting a team of experts, the Beauty for a Million project really did its best. I happened to meet real professionals in their fields, and meeting with a nutritionist was no exception. From now on, a very pretty woman and an excellent specialist is engaged in my figure - Daria Rusakova.
During the first conversation, Daria immediately won over. She methodically listed all the prohibitions. But, since I am an aged man, and my brain eventually acquired the ability to remove all unnecessary information, then of all that has been said, I remember only one thing - to stop eating salty.
I'm kidding, of course! In fact, there were more bans. For example, you had to weigh each serving and count the number of calories eaten per day. I am both unusual and lazy to do this. I can't even imagine how I, a hospitable host, inviting friends to my place for a barbecue with pilaf, will measure my portion and count something there. They will send me at once, far and for a long time!
Therefore, I adhered to only one recommendation - exclude salt. And, you know, even that worked! At the second appointment with a nutritionist, Daria took measurements with a special device and said that by 18% I became even slimmer and more attractive! And this result surprised me at first, and then pleased me.
My warm relationship with salt began at the age of 15. Probably, it was from this age that I began to generously add salt to everything. Now, willy-nilly, the hand itself reaches for the salt shaker - this is already psychosomatics working.
When Daria and I talked, I learned that I have an excess of internal fat. It is formed, among other things, due to liquid stagnation. To remove it, just reduce the amount of salt consumed.
I decided to follow this rule. At first it was very difficult, but the further, the less discomfort. When a whole month of life without salt was behind me, I even began to notice that my tastes had changed a lot - I began to feel when there is too much of this component in food.
I almost immediately put up with soups and hot dishes without salt. But vegetables … In my opinion, they must certainly be flavored with salt and sour cream, this is the same gusto! Therefore, I still add a little Himalayan pink salt to vegetable salads.
But even with this relaxation, the result is visible. A month after visiting a nutritionist, I began to weigh as much as I was in me 10 years ago. On this occasion, he audited his wardrobe and took out a couple of suits, which he seemed to part with forever, and hid them in the very depths of the closet. Now that I'm no belly, the view is generally cool.
You know, under the pressure of natural changes in the body, concomitant transformations began to occur. So, I noticed that the chin began to go away rapidly, and the beautician noticed this too. When you "work" as a face, this is an important point.
From the useful: the nutritionist also gave a recommendation on how to replace salt. Soy sauce is prohibited, but balsamic vinegar is a very effective and piquant seasoning for dishes, please.
For myself, I additionally asked how you can have such a snack at night, so that later you do not suffer from remorse. Daria said that for this you need to take an additional blood test. Perhaps, after assessing the blood parameters, the nutritionist will allow cereals. They are very important to me. Especially buckwheat and rice - without pilaf my life will become boring and bland! Well, and bread, of course, I consider it a strategic product in my diet.
There is only one thing left to add: it takes effort to lose weight, but even more effort will be required to maintain the result!
Angelica
Visiting a nutritionist was never on my agenda. I thought I could do without such help. What could be easier than downloading a couple of diets from the Internet and following them?
In addition, I cannot say that I have such global problems with my figure. Perhaps a little side and tummy get in the way. But I was always sure that I could get rid of them without a nutritionist. And if it doesn't work out, it doesn't matter - they don't spoil my figure at all.
But the project "Beauty for a Million" organized a reception for me with a nutritionist. It was quite curious to talk to a specialist of this profile. And you know, I learned a lot from the conversation! First, the doctor carried out a diagnosis using a special apparatus, after which she came to the conclusion that practically nothing needs to be done with my figure - it is close to normal.
However, I drew the nutritionist's attention to the sides. The doctor did not dissuade me, but immediately prescribed a diet. I decided, since such a case fell out, I will certainly use her recommendations. And imagine, they worked!

Literally two weeks later, I saw, or rather, I did NOT see my sides. They just disappeared, evaporated, as if they never existed. Not long ago I looked at myself in the mirror and I remember them, but here once - and without sides! Of course, she rushed to her friends, they will definitely notice the changes. And, really, it didn't seem to me - the sides were gone. And in a couple of days, and the stomach with them!
My figure had already changed, but I continued to diet, even a feeling of excitement appeared - what will happen next?
Of course, all this was given to me for a reason. Almost all the time I had a desire to have something to eat. Plus, I had to increase physical activity. And throughout the diet, the doctor advised taking vitamins.
My opinion is that I really threw it off. After 1, 5 weeks at the appointment with a nutritionist, it turned out that I had lost 5 kg! The doctor said that literally a couple of kilograms separate me from the chiseled figure.
I confess, when I went to the nutritionist, I thought that she would suggest interrupting my weight loss and quitting the diet. But there is no need to go anywhere, according to the doctor, it is this eating behavior that should become the basis of my lifestyle. I agreed with this.
At the moment, the proportions of my body are almost perfect. They even managed to normalize the amount of muscle mass, although initially it was in short supply.
I think there is only one thing left for me to add - I AM SATISFIED! The dietitian really worked competently and professionally. If you also have problems with weight, then I advise you not to stay alone with her. Go to a professional, he will really help!
Anastasia
So, I went to see a nutritionist. I can't say that she gave me some global, life-changing recommendations, but the conversation with her was still very rich and useful.
The doctor had only one wish - that I start gaining weight. It turns out that I am missing as much as 9 kilograms of fat! To accumulate it, I need to eat at least 5 times a day high-calorie and satisfying food, increasing my calorie intake to at least 2000.
To be honest, it is very difficult for me personally to follow these recommendations. I physically cannot eat so much, and I have no appetite at all. Especially in summer. I hope that everything will be different in the fall, and I will be able to gain these same 9 kg by winter, and also start going in for sports.
Now, when the rehabilitation after operations has not yet been completed, my physical activity is limited. I will not be able to go in for sports and even Pilates until I gain weight. This is because, due to a lack of visceral fat, there is a risk of displacement of internal organs and injury from high physical exertion.
I believe that my visit to the nutritionist was beneficial. I try to follow the doctor's advice, I even gave up fast food and soda, as I realized that there really is nothing good in them.
nutritionist commentHello! I am Daria Rusakova, I am the chief physician of the Nutrition and Health Clinic. At the invitation of the "Beauty for a Million" project, I consulted the participants on nutrition. To identify problems with weight, we initially conducted two studies. Thanks to the first, we were able to establish a proportional ratio in the body of the participants of fat, water and muscle mass. Based on this study, we have selected recommendations, including for nutritional correction. Metabolism was the object of the second study. Sometimes people think that weight is stored due to dietary errors, but the reason may be different - in metabolic disorders. Patients often complain of swelling. To understand the reason for this, we certainly do a blood test, we look at the creatinine content, we examine the functions of the kidneys, and in general we analyze the body composition. One of the reasons for puffiness can be fluid retention in the body. This happens, as a rule, due to a low level of physical activity, uncontrolled intake of table salt, and also due to dysfunction of the urinary system. No less common is the problem of a large abdomen. It can occur as a result of swelling, decreased tone of the muscles of the abdominal wall, the formation of an excess amount of visceral fat, a violation of the microcirculation of the pelvic organs, which is caused by wearing uncomfortable and tight clothing. Regarding the examination of the project participants, I can only assess the condition of Angelica and Alexander, since we have not yet been able to hold a second consultation with Anastasia. As for Angelica, I will say that I am completely satisfied with her success! It can be seen from her that during this month she followed my recommendations and did everything. That is why we were able to see such a good result in such a short time. Of course, in order to keep it, Angelica needs to continue to take the same approach. Alexander, on the other hand, followed only one of my advice. He cut his salt intake substantially. But this also brought a certain result. If we talk about the results of the examination, then Nastya was the most fortunate. This is understandable, at her age she does not yet have to think about any health problems. However, the nutritionist set a very difficult and non-standard task for her - to gain weight. It seems to me that Nastya's figure is all right, but it's purely visual. However, there are certain indications for weight gain, and to them, I think, she should listen. Alexander, after consulting a nutritionist, went on vacation. Since I communicated with him quite closely and studied him a little, I was sure that he would ignore all the recommendations of the nutritionist. But she was pleasantly surprised: he still made an effort on himself and gave up salt and alcohol. During the follow-up visit, both I and the doctor noted his good results. Finally, Angelica was the most diligent in terms of following the recommendations of the nutritionist. And it is natural and fair that she achieved such an excellent result! Angelica says that many of her acquaintances are actively interested in what kind of nutritionist worked with her and what recommendations she was given.
