After the adoption of the bill submitted to the State Duma, there will be a noticeable tightening of responsibility for ignoring safety measures in an emergency or epidemic. The size of the fine can grow and range from 500 thousand to a million rubles.

If continuing to work leads to the death of an infected person, criminal liability may threaten. The punishment will depend on the damage to health or the consequences resulting from ignoring the orders of the current government.
