Don't say that you don't have enough time - you have the same number of hours in a day as Mendeleev, Chopin and Da Vinci.

The only question is how much you strive to achieve your goals. Let's talk about this - about pursuing goals. More precisely, about one of the ways to achieve what you want - about visualization, thanks to which you can get almost everything from life that you can imagine.

Do you dream of changing jobs, buying a car, improving your personal life and having a couple of children? Read and Act! Visualization is not a panacea for all ills, but a fully working tool for achieving success.

The main principle of visualization is this: what you imagined has already happened to you. Somewhere . Now believe it properly and let it be embodied here.

A bit of theory

The term "visualization" became known thanks to the scientist Carl Gustav Jung, who studied the human mind and psyche.

But even before Jung, the concept of visualization (the ability to reproduce images in consciousness) existed in more ancient teachings, the foundations of which were laid by Buddhism. Visualization is now being promoted by many psychologists.

With the help of regular visualization practice, you can accustom yourself to the fact that a certain action or state is possible, or, conversely, convince yourself that you can stop doing, feeling or feeling something. The result is real positive changes in life.

Rendering rules

1. You need to have a detailed idea of what you want. And not only to imagine, but also to record it in some documentary way: it can be a drawing, a postcard, a collage. Until you have done this, your visualization has no fulcrum.

2. Do not idealize what you want: let in each of your "Orders of the Universe" there be something with a conditional (but acceptable for you) "minus" sign: ideal work, but the office is on the 4th floor in a building without an elevator. An ideal husband who goes to the bathhouse with friends once a month. So you will give the Universe a loophole, a chance to fulfill your desire, because the ideal option does not always exist in nature.

3. You cannot wish for others. For example, the desire "I want A. to love me!" unacceptable. You can wish on your own behalf: "I want A. and I to be happy in love."

4. Formulate desires carefully and carefully: do not miss the slightest nuance. And avoid the “not” particle in the formulations - our consciousness does not catch the “not”. Therefore, instead of “does not smoke” write “adheres to a healthy lifestyle”, and instead of “not far from Moscow” write “20 km from the Moscow Ring Road”.

5. Visualize in a logical order. For example, without a job, an apartment and a husband, you should not imagine a stroller on the balcony as a symbol of the desired situation. Start from the starting point: visualize a young man with whom you will develop a relationship (while he already has an apartment with a balcony), or a job where you can earn an apartment or meet your future husband there.

6. The created visualization document should catch your eye as often as possible.

Visualization options

The documented visualization can look anything you like. This could be:

  • screensaver on the computer (photo of the car you dream about);
  • drawing, postcard, photo;
  • a composition of pictures on the refrigerator held by magnets;
  • list-description of what you want (“I want to meet a man for marriage: age 28-40; Slavic nationality; no previous marriages and children; Sagittarius, Scorpio or Aquarius; income level - from 50 tr. a month, profession - designer, programmer, engineer; plans for life - family, child ");
  • visualization board, where new pictures can be attached to the buttons instead of old ones, depending on how your situation changes;
  • collage (a static analogue of a visualization board, most often used among practicing "customers of the future").

Before you start creating any visualization, check your desire using the SMART technique (SMART is an abbreviation formed by the first letters of English words: specific; measurable; attainable; relevant and time-bound (time-bounded).

Following this abbreviation, desire should be specific, measurable (not abstract), achievable (you shouldn't visualize a magic wand), meaningful to you, and have a specific deadline.

How fast does it come true?

Day. Inna:

“My husband and I visualized the desire to have a house with a garden, and we found an advantageous offer the very next day. Suddenly it turned out that everything is real! And right now, and not sometime when we grow up."

2 years. Maria:

“I invented for myself a certain external and internal ideal of a man whom I would like to see next to me as a husband and father of my children. After 2 years, I met a young man 8 years younger than me, who at the very first meeting made an absolutely serious proposal to marry him. He turned out to be exactly what I dreamed of."

5 years. Anya:

“Once I went to my mother-in-law's house to water the flowers - the mother-in-law was at the dacha, it was raining outside, I was in no hurry. I sat down to drink tea and look out the window. Outside the window is a kindergarten. I see a wet boy running on a wet platform and launching a wet kite. And suddenly - deja vu - I look at this picture and it dawns on me - this is how I described the view from the window in my visualization of the apartment five years ago. This is not yet my view from the window. But at least it's clear to me what I mean."

Businessman Evgeny Chichvarkin once remarked: “People who have fulfilled all their dreams and plans lie under the fence in two quilted jackets. It is the needs that move the person forward."

I wish your needs to move you forward and come true!

Maria Surygina, psychologist:

- Visualization is a good way to clearly define specific goals for yourself, build a system of priorities and adhere to them in everyday life, but not by any means magic that will work by itself. Visualization is more like a map to a treasure, but you will have to walk along the road and dig the ground to get your treasure.
